Full Length Reaction Guide
We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync. Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen. Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0. Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:
- Use a dual monitor PC setup to watch both screens simultaneously
- Use the split screen functions on your computer/phone to watch them side by side
- Chromecast / Screenshare one screen to your TV while watching the other screen on a phone or laptop
- HDMI your laptop / tablet to the TV and use the TV as a 2nd monitor (not mirror display)
- Use your Smart TV or Gaming console to play the YouTube reaction and your Phone/Laptop to play the show (or other way around)

This is one of the episodes I was talking about that has so much depth with the family drama of the Beifong’s but yet has so much action because the Beifongs are such great benders. I didn’t love the interaction with Toph n Lin but it was necessary. Batar caring ab opal was still a bit of a surprise to me but good to see. Can’t wait for the next episode

2023-11-10 16:25:25 +0000 UTCWanted to speak into something Spartan said after the episode about needing more buildup to Kuvira. I remember watching this series when it came out, I was a big fan of ATLA and really enjoyed Korra as well. I remember the first season being well received, but not so much the second season. By the time the third came out it seemed like Nickelodeon didn't really want to keep airing it almost. They kept changing the time the episodes came out and the day they came out. This was right around the time that streaming was just starting to take off and none of the networks were taking it seriously. Actually, the last few episodes of season 3 and all of season 4 didn't even air on tv, it went straight to a streaming platform (I think it was somewhere on Nickelodeon's website) and they didn't really even advertise for it. I honestly don't think the showrunners thought that they would get to make a season 4, so they likely decided not to give screen time to a character that no one knew anything about and might never see again. Personally, I love the world that the last avatar created and I was going to consume anything from it (I've even read the two books about avatar Kyoshi, haven't had time for Yangchen yet though). I really love how this story ends and can't wait to watch you two watch it lol! But, I also can't help but wonder what could've been had the studio not abused the show the way they did.

2023-11-09 05:24:37 +0000 UTCI would argue that the true villain of this season was not really Kuvira. Korra’s battle has been with herself and her trauma. Kuvira isn’t as strong of a villain as Zaheer or even Amon, but Korra isn’t as physically strong an avatar as she used to be, or at least she wasn’t for a long while. Kuvira is simply the mechanism by which Korra goes through this journey. Kuvira is a bit Azula like, especially at this point. Also the way she talks to people. And yeah, Lin’s dad is just some guy that Toph met as an adult. Not everyone meets the person they have a child with as a teenager. Also, like I said before, we were supposed to get a whole episode of Kuvira backstory. Nickelodeon being their jerk selves.

They just announced the first trailer for tommorrow (or today depends on your location), it would be cool if you added a little reaction to that on the next episode or smth, just some ideas :)
