Minh here! The Playground Fight is an animation dedicated to the brilliant works of Jhonen Vasquez, creator of Invader Zim and Squee comics. But it's also a throwback to my time working at Artix Entertainment, when there was a war between me and another artist, Dage. My avatar there was Nulgath at the time. But it fueled some creative energy as well as some real life drama! Anyway, welcome to this new hub of creativity where me and Dave will entertain you with our animations, music and crude humor!

Dave here! For those who don't know, I've been the guy skulking about in the background, rummaging through Minh's garbage cans like a raccoon and banging the lids together, calling all the noise my art. I've been responsible for the recording, editing and mixing of the sound and dialogue for a lot of Minh's animation projects going back to the very first Akumi short in 2006. Minh and I also do a fair share of our own voice acting in these animations (Like this here 'Playground Fight' piece).
More recently, I've also begun trying my hand at writing and recording all of the music for our projects going forward... and the score for 'Playground Fight' is one of my original tracks, which you'll find attached to this very post!
My musical journey started behind the drum kit in a metal band, so songwriting and guitar-playing is still somewhat new to me. I hope you'll all enjoy the resulting works as I bumble my way to becoming a better musician and join Minh in our quest for...
