She is larger than her and the cuffs/collar are missing for a reason: she's dreaming. She's been dreaming since #12 and it's been indicated by the red highlights that have become more prominent as he dream has become more surreal. Oh, and the size distortion (look at their heads, shoulders, and hips at the end. They shouldn't line up.) and cuffs going missing were also present in #13.
