2025-01-03 22:03:40 +0000 UTCAt least its not helicobacter pylori. Just remember to drink small amounts of fruit juice. IE 2 to 3 oz per day, to keep your electrolytes up. It's best to drink it 1 part fruit juice to 5-10 parts water. Green tea with no milk helps some people too. Beetroot and similar vegetables and more simple meats like chicken are good. Carbs especially simple ones though are not your friend. The virus needs glucose to break into cells (all viruses do) so f you can keep your blood sugar at the low end of normal, that will help too.
