Are Colors Important ?

I was wondering if colors were important to you ? Like, are colored pieces better than black and white ones for you ? More appealing to the eyes maybe ? Are you more inclined to click on a size pic that is colored ?
I don't color my work really often (people don't really commission me for that) so sometimes I feel like my work is less popular than other artists. Am I right ? Is this pure ego ? I don't know lol.

Oh, you think so ? Thank you very much ! You might be right actually, as I don’t train my colouring skill much. I am far behind than my monochromatic works.

2024-03-20 19:13:39 +0000 UTCSame, so what you enjoy, personally though, I think your art style benefits more from black and white, I remember seeing some coloured art of yours once upon a time and while it wasn’t horrible, it wasn’t better than its black and white counterpart, though it may simply be a case of seeing your work in black and white for so long has engraved it in the mind, so now seeing colour just seems weird.
