Like that idea... and how about adding penalties for losing a game.... maybe they wear gasmask hooked up to rebreather bags or bubble bottles with bypass/shut off valves on timers... lose a game and add time that they have to rebreath/breathe through bubbler bottle... timer expires and they breathe normally... kind of a reverse on the motivation suit idea..

I'm also going to suggest this: Kat and Mel sitting and sharing an anesthesia mask connected to a tank of laughing gas. One is eagerly inhaling from the mask, and the other has a drunk/giddy/giggly expression and is half-heartedly trying to get the mask back for herself.
