Could I suggest a "draw me like one of your French girls" type scene from Titanic, where Kat and Mel are together? It can go 1 of 2 ways: one of them is laying on the couch, posing nude, while the other is on a stool, but is in bondage wear (namely an armbinder), and is forced to draw with her mouth; or it could be the posing is in heavy bondage wear, while the person in the stool and is drawing is clothed normal.
