For me it's a narrative ploy to give a quality scene before actually getting to that part in the story. I can tell you that there will be a very interesting NTR dynamic in the Next Chapter :P

Now we already saw a threesome with Anna and are not even close to get there in the story. So every small step she takes is like whatever we saw her get railed already. It takes out so much excitement at least for me.
