Great to see the likes of Sinatra, Deano, and Barbra get the NicknLex treatment...Thanks, Dave! As with all marathons, there's always the "I wish it included..." in my case, I miss Tony Bennett from the list. When I was in my early 20's in the late 70's, I worked for peanuts in the media department of a NY ad agency, and the money didn't matter because we got free tickets to the most amazing shows, concerts, and performances...Like Tony Bennett performing at a private party for us at Tavern On The Green in Central Park. I may be a rocker to my bones, but that was a voice and performer without equal.

Great selections Dave the Dean Martin song is one of my favorites of all time. ❤️❤️

Five iconic singers with some of their best known songs, although I don’t think Iron Claw was a hit. Fun to watch live though. I do remember watching the Cher video - and being a bit distracted by her costume. Ahem. Nick, Evergreen was from A Star is Born with Kris Kristofferson. Maybe you’ve seen it? Great selections, Dave, thank you!

If you'd like to try a modern day crooner, I'd suggest the album "Bewitched" by Laufey. It received the grammy for best traditional vocals this year. It's all original love songs with the exception of one cover. It's a very romantic album. I would suggest you try reacting to the title song, as it might cause Nick to reach for the kleenix box.

Oh wow! I remember listening to Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra when I was an itty bitty kid. At the time, it was just ok but later on in life, I now like that type of singing as a change of pace. Always liked Barbara Streisand and her beautiful voice! Also liked Cher and her music especially when she was with Sonny. She really became a star after they parted both in music and acting (Academy Award - Moonstruck) if I recall. Great movie. What can you say about the Greatness of Tina Turner. Such a music Icon! She is absolutely Awesome! This is an amazing marathon! Love it.
