About requests! Please vote!

Hello to Chubby Whisper, Fatty Ghost, Heavy Wraith! all my Patreons!

As we are two weeks into September,
you are likely aware that I have not yet completed last month's requests,
nor have I started this month's. And as many of you have pointed out,
I can no longer handle the volume of requests.
I know simply apologizing won't cut it. 
It's clear that I haven't been managing my schedule and health well.
As a result, and following your suggestions, I will be making some changes...!
However, this month’s requests will proceed as before.
But, only the first-time applicants will receive HQ requests,
while the rest will receive Doodle drawings.
and limiting the total number of requests to 20 people.
Regarding HQ requests, after much deliberation,
I have narrowed it down to two options.
Below are the examples of what I’m considering
#1 proposal
Obese Banshee $30 [limited to 4 people]
Can access Patreon exclusive arts!
Can access more exclusive Patreon fatty artworks!
Can submit your HQ request of this month!!!
[Rules]
1. When submitting an HQ request, the process will be the same as before.
However, if I cannot fulfill the request,
I will ask you to change it to something I can manage.
2. After receiving an HQ request art,
you won’t be able to request another one for at least 6 months.
This is to prevent monopolizing the requests.
Once you've received an HQ request art, I recommend switching to another tier.
3. To avoid monopolization, this tier will not allow Doodle requests.
4. The reason I still call it a "request" is that
I will not go through a confirmation process.
The confirmation process takes up too much time.
Heavy Wraith $12
Can access Patreon exclusive arts!
Can access more exclusive Patreon fatty artworks!
Can submit a Doodle request of this month!!!
[Rules]
1. The feature that gives you an HQ request upon first submission is removed.
2. You can choose between a Doodle, chibi, or dchibi request.
3. There may still be cases where a request gets rejected depending on the circumstances.
4. Requests will be accepted to 20? people, depending on how much I can handle.
5. This tier is still primarily focused on support,
so there won’t be a limit on the number of people like in the Banshee tier.
6. As only doodles will be provided, the price will be reduced.
If I create a new tier, it might look something like this.
However, if I decide to keep the current tier, it could go like this

Heavy Wraith $15
Can access Patreon exclusive arts!
Can access more exclusive Patreon fatty artworks!
Can submit your request of this month!!!
Your first submission will receive an HQ request art,
and if I feel inspired during the process, I may create more HQ request art.
...In other words, after the first select, it will become very difficult to win an HQ request again
I'm still deciding whether to create a new tier with a more structured system
or to stick with the current one.
If you have any suggestions or ideas for a better direction, please feel free to share them!

If I'm being honest, I would just choose whatever makes your workload lighter. Your production level is amazingly high, but your health should definitely go first. I'd say raising prices/restructuring + less total workload a month should be the way to go! I'm sure most people here will agree that seeing you burnout and leave would be the n1 worst result!

2024-09-23 13:21:46 +0000 UTCI'm not suggesting to give up requests, but to drastically reduce them, to leave only 4 HQ requests and find a way that doodles and chibi don't take too much time in your life, if you also want to have time to advance your own projects. I would say to take the time to find the perfect balance, until you are stable and less exhausted.

Making a commission/request submition page would be the best option for you health in the long run for you. Id cut your work time by a lot. If not that, find a assistence hand, someone you trust that can crunch the data for you. But its a suggestion of my part, i hope im not getting in getting your personal space bud. All i want to see is you creat your crazy amazing works with enjoyment.

2024-09-12 02:00:40 +0000 UTCI also thought about stopping requests for the same reason and fully focusing on the Lardyrinth series. However, after asking my friends, they told me that requests also make a significant contribution to my work, so giving up on one side isn't a good idea. I think I'm currently in the process of finding a balance between the two.

2024-09-11 17:30:24 +0000 UTCId create a new tier with a more structured system. Tho doing so mean only some get the chance. Tho i still feel the best option would be first come first served. Tho that would be unfare for people with diferente time zones. The best option woulb be to create a request/commission questionier. You can make them on one of googles tools. There, you can create a register who requested, already and who hasnt, making it esier to manage outside of patreon. Not to mention save people request as ideas for later on if you feel inspired. Hope my sugestion helps.

2024-09-11 13:43:50 +0000 UTCI voted for Banshee, being that HQs require too much effort from you, even more so DHQs, and it exhausts you a lot, especially with an army of doodles, which prevents you from concentrating on your projects linked to your character, which I find a shame. I hope this helps you. It is certain that I myself want other DHQ ideas, especially since I have two ideas that I would like to realize, but I do not want to take advantage of your generosity and exhaust you even more. Focus on what would make you feel good and avoid thinking about others, at the risk of increasing your stress, like me in real life. X'D

2024-09-11 12:33:07 +0000 UTCHonestly, my personal pick would be keeping Heavy Wraiths as what it is, and you set a limited amount of people to choose for HQ requests in a given month, and stick to it. That way, you can reduce the workload by having a minimal amount of HQs, and just leave them for ideas you really like, or for those who have went the longest without one! I hope that makes sense- I can word it a little differently if it sounds a bit weird. But that's just a personal suggestion!
