April and Shinigami transformation

April and Shinigami on a mission are ambushed by a special mutagen trap, setting a transformation in progress that turns shinigami into a lemur girl and April into a husky girl.
It was pointed out bysome watchers that in this animated series april was immune to the mutagen, so I guess this super mutagen is a different strain than the normal one, after all it also dissolves non organic material as well.
