Also - The rule that stated "The human who uses this note can go neither to Heaven nor to Hell." Was made up by ryku. The truth is, as stated as the last rule " After they die, the place they go to is MU ( Nothingness ) This emphasizes that light and everyone else in the world wasn't special or chosen by god. Everyone ends up in the same place, regardless of the choices made on earth.
