...oh no. My extensive (serious lack of) physics knowledge is showing. Um...ummmm....something something magic makes it work like Earth because reasons? Or that air attenuate's light thing, yes, that sounds good?

2023-01-17 00:45:07 +0000 UTCwell, you won't be able to see indefinitely on a flat infinite plane, google tells me "The molecules in the air attenuate the light, so that even in the most perfect conditions, the maximum distance you would see is reduced to around 150 miles"

2023-01-16 15:34:11 +0000 UTCSo, just in case you didn't realize it, due to the curvature of Earth, we can see 3 miles with no interference. On a flat world, or a massive world, you can see indefinitely. Nothing but other objects would hinder you. So with enough height to see over any obstacles, you can see the edge of a flat world, unless it's an infinite plane, or the subsequent curve of a massive planet.
