NEW EP - Jim Noir - 'Serious Mature Photo Music'

Hi Folks

Here is the new EP I have made in the last couple of weeks. (WAVS + mp3 zip)

4 slightly strange songs that have singing and noises on them.

I was trying to make SIDE B of the last thing but it just went weird and now I have 4 tracks that sound nothing like it. I'm sure I'll finish it at some point.

Hope you all enjoy this one.

Dont forget to PRE-ORDER my new album 'Jimmy's Show 2' on Bandcamp if you can and haven't already. It should be a good one I think and it's limited to 300 copies.

You can order it here if you so wish - https://jimnoirmusic.bandcamp.com/album/jimmys-show-2

And if anyone would like to chuck a securicore van into my buskers hat that would be very much appreciated and used to pay for the manufacturing of this album which is not finished yet.

You can do that here if you definately so wish - https://ko-fi.com/jimnoir

I think thats it for another month!

I now have to mix and master the whole next album so I probably wont be able to make anything for a short while. But I will have some nice surprises related to the album on here hopefully very soon!

Thanks ALL. You're great!

Al, you've hit a rich vein of ideas here...now stay in the zone. This is exceptionally good stuff. If JS2 is unfinished, which is pushing it of you're pressing vinyl for September issuance, but if it's still open, these songs could ALL be on the album. Nice work.

I LOVE this EP! I think this is one of my favorites in recent memory. Each song is distinct stylistically, but atmospherically feels connected. Totally agree with Lucy on the vibes from Morning Light. I really love the guitar and drum work. It's fantastic. Very soulful. Touch of melancholy. Perfect. It's Been Nice and See My Mind are perfect pop tunes. Kind of classic Jim with a bit of a more mature edge. It's Been Nice is so sunny and optimistic. Great melody. The guitar solo is wonderful. See My Mind is just soooo good. I love the harmonies. This is what I missed on Co-Pilot. Missed your vocals; although I really enjoyed that album anyway. See Ya Mono-P is a fun little interlude. Disasterpeace would approve. It feels like I'm playing Fez. :) Excellent work Commander Jameson. Really enjoyed this. Thanks for making music.

Really love the last-song-at-the-dance hall/going home under streetlights feel to these, especially the dream-like vocals and guitar bits. And wibbly synth. Lovely tracks. Mint, ta.
