Haha, yeah, I figured a coat doesn't have nearly as much practical use as a carrying case for a book, besides making the wearer a badass and protected from some form of cold.

2016-05-14 15:21:07 +0000 UTCIt's easier to discuss the validity and practicality of wearing a coat vs not wearing a coat...compared to how a book should be carried so as to not get in the way and still look good while keeping the way its carried in character. Basically, with the coat, one doesn't always have to keep it on, having it around makes sense for traveling high seas in case of inclement weather, and finally....it looks great on her. Pretty much there is no reason not to have the coat, and its not like she can't just take it off. As to whether it fits her character, we don't know enough of how she is to know for sure if she is the kind to wear it or not. :3

Not really the type of attire a sea pirate captain would wear regularly. Although it all depends on how you draw it.

2016-05-12 15:43:16 +0000 UTCI'm really liking the coat right now, but when I saw that I thought 'could the coat possibly have a tail?' When I see that (as cool as that is right now) it makes me feel like Miranda's backside isn't as covered as her front. Maybe it's just me.
