WIP Character Design: Herald Demon
Added 2018-12-28 02:42:40 +0000 UTCHey guys, potential new character here~! ^o^ This is a yet-unnamed Ogiel demon. Ogiel are the heralds and messengers of Hell. They usually have an instrument to make a ruckus with, this one has a bass guitar I guess~! >w< I'll probably make her a more hell-ish guitar instead of what looks like a regular old Fender~ >3< I'm probably also gonna change the spikes somehow, they are coming off more "Bowser" than "punk"... =3= I drew this at 4:00 am in a mad frenzy, I don't really remember doing it~ @_@
I'm making these new character designs lately because I'm cooking up new comic scripts~ o3o So I might use them and I might not, depends on what script I end up with. But I am close to having one that I like enough to start on~! >www<
Let me know what you think of her~! My roommate says this is her new favorite because of those thighs~! >w<
EDIT: I started a new piece of her with cleaner lines~! ^3^ New guitar, I'm not sure if I like it yet. I slimmed down the leather bands, that seems to be a lot better~! I still haven't figured out her name or colours though~! >_<

I don't disagree~ >3< I like the Fender better, but that's also probably because it's the guitar I had~ The spiky guitar was fun to draw... once... >3< I'm still playing with guitar designs for her~

But man she's been in Hell practicing with the greats. Why would she just gravitate towards something she wasn't taught on? I dunno. Maybe I just imposed my own desires onto her.

2018-12-30 13:14:23 +0000 UTCI like the updated piece. I think it's a more unique/interesting pose and overall better composition. The lack of a guitar strap and a more creative guitar design help as well.
2018-12-30 08:08:46 +0000 UTCI kinda prefer the original sketch IMO, as well as giving her a red color scheme would work wonders for her, giving a black clothing scheme and a cool logo for a top? The more Normal bass kinda help keep her less visually busy, same with keeping the top rips very minor/etc. Excellent work either way, and I hope you find a name, Im so bad with names for my characters as it is!

I love them both.@v@ I love her style, design, her horns and of course those beautiful flawless pure perfection thighs, You just know her booty is big too. I do agree the spike do seem Bowsery but I say leave the collar of one of the bracelets, the ones on her ankle if I may suggest you could replace with something boot-like something to keep her hooves out and give you the chance to have something added like a design. There were a lot of failed designs of her that I erased before I got there, though~ x_x I tried to design her all day and didn't get a design I liked, but then I woke up in a craze and drew that full-body sketch~! So, there's a lot more trial-and-error than you guys get to see~! >3< I'm so glad you like the result!

I think the Bowserness is coming more from the thickness of the bands than anything about the spikes. Also I gotta agree with your roommate. Those heavy balls rolling over mountainous thighs is 100% Italian chef kissing his fingers
