We Tried To Buy Rooster Teeth
Added 2025-02-06 03:50:49 +0000 UTCIt was announced today that Rooster Teeth was acquired by original founder, Burnie Burns™, after a brutal bidding war against us. We TRIED to do that thing in nature where the baby goes off on it's own for a bit and then returns to the nest to surprise the father and eat him.
Our offer was not accepted. Apparently, in order to buy a company, you need money, lawyers, and pens.
All we have is you, and because of you we are able to stay independent and continue making this show. So, thank you for supporting us on Patreon, for buying our merch, for listening to the podcast, and for forcing your friends and enemies to listen to it, too.
Despite besting us in negotiations, we wish the absolute best for Burnie Burns™. He's been a friend and mentor to us for years, and we're genuinely excited to see what he'll do with Rooster Teeth (again).
