2025-01-07 23:56:32 +0000 UTCOn the topic of performance reviews, here's why I'm going to Hell: I have, on multiple occasions, submitted self evaluations that were 130+ pages long. The company I used to work for switched from objective-based metrics (e.g. complete X projects this year) to subjective criteria that was hard to prove definitively that you met expectations (e.g. is a good communicator). So I started attaching every relevant report and client evaluation to make a case for "here's what matters and how I'm doing a good job."
