Here's the thing....Lucifer IS somewhat responsible for what happened to Charlotte. He KNEW that Pierce was the Sinnerman, but didn't tell Chloe or Dan or anyone else. So Pierce continued to get away with his criminal operation. If they had known ahead of time, then they would've been able to try to get him fired. And then Charlotte wouldn't have to work with Amenadiel, directly putting her in the line of fire. I don't care for Maze calling the baby "our" baby. She's being all creepy and clingy, like she was at one point to Chloe in S2. Thankfully Remiel is going back to Heaven/Silver City, so Linda should be safe. I like that they showed that angels can be reasonable. I actually like Remy and the actress did a good job. I hope she shows up again.

2025-05-27 01:12:56 +0000 UTCThe way they build up the tension in the wing reveal scene by interweaving Chloe discovering the prophecy is incredible. The song by Klergy (I think 3 of their songs are in this season) adds so much. I went to Lux (a convention with the Lucifer cast) after the show had been saved and season 4 was around the corner and I met Tom Ellis (Lucifer), along with some of the other cast, all of whom were lovely. I asked him if what happened with Pierce/Cain had affected his wings and he gave me a sly smile and said something along the lines of "Great question, you'll have to wait and see." So I was amazed when this became a plot point, especially as it reinforces the self-actualising "you are who you choose to be" theme and how it's never too late to change.

2025-04-10 16:23:15 +0000 UTCProphecy can be tricky. They can have several layers of meaning. To quote Yoda "A prophecy misread could have been".... I mean who is Lucifer's first love, is it Eve or Chloe? At least that is what I asked myself the first time seeing that last scene....
