It went on so long and was so brutal… but the important thing is like at the end when she looks at herself bloody and beaten and has a huge smile looking in the window at her reflection was the voice over saying that ms kang “saw hope when she looked at her reflection” bc think about it.. her husband would only know about yeonjin killing someone if ms kang told him… also the whole “she wanted me to send a text” with that conversation was supposed to be coming from yeonjins mom but she had never even spoken with yeonjins mom… and you can see when he messages her… there are no other messages from their fake convo… nd the number wasn’t saved… so basically she wanted him to find the money and find the fake convo… to keep him busy and stress out yeonjins mom.. but seems like me kang was playing her own game of go with her own life… using what she learned from dongeun and fixing things in her life… yeonjins mom would probably sell yeonjin out if she had to. Giving him something to do was probably something she came up with after yeon Jin told her that her husband hadn’t been coming home bc she was giving him money to gamble…. Ms kang knew the only way to deal with him and not get hit was with money… but when she was getting beaten… her standing up to him beaten the shit out of saying she was gonna wear red lipstick and a leather jacket is bc she’s a stronger person mentally and emotionally… bc she stuck up for herself even though she knew it would get her hit more. She’s serious when she said she’s not scared of him… and even yeonjin realized that me kang wasn’t afraid of her.. and in her journey… it’s so much growth and just shows she’s stronger and not going to let her life stay this way. Also remember dongeun told suna that her mom wouldn’t come to the airport… and the only reason that dongeun told her to go to the airport was bc dongeuns friend who delivered the package to ms kang said she looked like hell… but smiled hearing her name… so dongeun found a way to make her able to go with the thugs who were following her … but she didn’t know yeonjin figured it out … but this was a shift in her plan… based on her emotional connection to ms kang… showing how she’s changed. Also not sure if you noticed but dongeun isnt a hugger bc she’s never had them really.. but when she told the nurse about sohee being pregnant it made the nurse feel so bad for her and sohee… but the nurse started to cry… and dongeun slowly went to the nurse and hugged her… just so much personal growth in the face of all this corruption and evil…. Is really something to appreciate lol

Makes no sense ppl like you enough to do the second tier on Patreon but then think you would ever like a character for the gross things he does.. made no sense to me. 2023-03-30 07:57:38 +0000 UTCI think they think that too bc they brought up how he was curious about dongeuns plan and how patient she was.. but it’s bc she’s smart and working to keep her hands clean.. and him ignoring and confronting yeonjin feels like him realizing that dongeuns plan is like playing go… so now he’s working to do the same but will leave her once he knows it’s safe and right to do so.. not impulsively and then have no clue what’s happening and he doesn’t want to lose yesol

So him not leaving her right away will make her suffer the most. Also like the saying goes keep your friends close but your enemies closer. So he will have more access to her that way as well.
