elote does contain mayonnaise or sour cream, cotija cheese, chile powder, and lime. I am also not a fan of elotes cause I as well hate mayonnaise and sour cream. But my sister loves them :)

Basically it balances everything out. It also boosts your immune system. Having a healthy gut creates a healthy body. Ever since i started taking probiotics i rarely get sick! I've got a stomach disorder which has no cure or medication to help it but taking probiotics has been a great soother. Of course if you're taking other medications be sure to ask your doctor if it's okay because probiotics may increase their effectiveness. Just thought i'd explain more about it since you were curious. 😊 HAHAHA the skit between tae and wooshik and how tae kept pretending to be called for help.. tae you're gonna get your ass beat. 🤣 Seojun is an incredibly hard worker! He does a great job under pressure and is so chill. I love seeing it.

They are all so adorable. So proud of Tae and how far he has come in his cooking skills. Man, Wooshik’s language skills are crazy. He’s pretty much fluent in English, of course Korean, and actually pretty respectable in Spanish. I’m impressed.

2023-03-26 00:45:43 +0000 UTCLaver (deep fried seaweed) is pronounced "LAY-FA". It is one of the most popular snacks for kids in Japan/Korea/Hong Kong (where I live) and it tastes delicious! Seaweed has so much umami/savoury flavours so that's why it is so prominent in Japanese/Korean cuisine. xoxo
