This session is all about trance training and just pretending this is your first session ever. So, sit down on my couch, get comfy and drift into trance. This is a great video for beginners and those new to hypnosis as it explains what I am doing while I do it. The suggestions for this are basically dropping you intro trance, making a conditioning connection when being hypnotised by me so you can return to the state in the future and deepening the "SLEEP" basic trigger.
