He can’t be Hacked because he has no real Cybernetic Enhancements, and he has an actual AI that not only is HardCoded with Loyalty towards him, but is also a Yandere so will absolutely defend him with absolute aggression which has no downsides for him outside the dating pool because of the Loyalty. He’s also a Badass in a fight so it’d take Adam Smasher or V to take him down in a fight. Adam cause his ICE is the best in the world thanks to Arasaka not wanting their Borg to be easily taken down. V cause they’re a freak of nature and also armed with an AI copy of the second best Hacker in the worlds history. He only loses if the Corpo go full Nuclear!
