Caption Request Rules (Updated!)

Thank you everyone for supporting me this month.  Without you, none of this would be possible.

Many people ask for captions every month, but I don't think I really laid out the rules for them.  So, here they are.  No big surprises.  You can see them listed below.

 CAPTION REQUEST RULES

- If any of the below rules conflict with what caption you wanted, you can message me and we can chat about it.  If we can't resolve the issue, I can always offer you a full refund.

- I’ll make the caption as soon as I possibly can, but it usually takes between 5 to 14 days. 

-If it takes longer than 60-days to get your caption done, I'll give you a full refund via PayPal.

- You can tell me your caption idea either via a private message on Patreon or on Discord.

- If you are a Patron, let me know, and I will send you an invite link to the Nikki L. Falcon Discord Server. Through there, it’s a lot easier for us to chat about your caption and share ideas. 

- You can tell me whatever ideas, characters, themes, names, and scenes you’d like. You can be as descriptive or as simple as you’d like.  If you read a story or caption from someone else or from me and you want me to make something similar to it, you can send me a link and I'd be happy to give it a shot.

- If you have a special picture that you’d like me to use, I can use it. If not, I will find one to use.  Try to avoid making a picture request that is too specific and very difficult to find.

- I will not make any captions containing bestiality (use the Harkness Test), underage characters (anyone younger than 18), extreme violence, excessive pain/injury, torture, gore, extreme profanity, immoral and offensive things, hateful language, disurbing ideas and images, and very graphic/hardcore sex.

-For best results, your caption should be similar to what I often make. I often make possession, bodysuit, shapeshifting, merging, and a few TG themes. So for example, Asking me to do crossdressing or gay or bimbo, I might be able to do, but because I don't often make those, I might not do a great job.

- I can decline to make a caption for any reason and at anytime that I want.  I do not have to tell you my reasoning. You'll get a full refund.

- Do not use a caption with the intent to defame a person’s character, work, or business. 

- Please avoid using pictures of regular people (non-celebrities), your friends, your family, and of yourselves.

- Please don’t directly reference people that you know in real life, where, if they were to read the caption, they’d clearly know they were the ones in the story. 

- Unless you say otherwise, I will likely upload the caption to Patreon and other sites later. Of course, your real name and Patreon name will always be kept private. 

- I’ll write the caption as best as I can, but if you don’t like how it turned out, I can re-write it for you. It'll take some time. Sadly, you can only get one re-write per paid request.

- You cannot stack caption requests. You send a request, I make them.... and then you can purchase some more. I'm sorry, but I just don't want to get too overwhelmed with requests.

- If you get 3 captions, you can use them however you'd like.  Maybe have 3 one-off captions.  Maybe have 3 captions in sequence: part 1, part 2, and part 3.  So, it's however you'd like.

- Even if I list your caption as a Patreon-exclusive caption, it's your caption after all, so you're free to post it whereever you'd like, as much as you like.  Let me know when you do it, of course.  I don't mind.  If you upload it to your own artwork site, please put a URL down linking people back to my page. If you have your own caption blog, let me know, I'd be happy to re-direct people to your site as well.

- If I think the caption or image is too sexy or is too hardcore, I won't upload it to DeviantArt or Tumblr.  You're free to upload it on your own DeviantArt or Tumblr accounts, though.

- Please try to be kind, polite, thankful, and patient. I know you want your caption and I’m more than happy to make it for you, but I’m also very busy too. So, please try to be patient. And of course, it never hurts to check up on my progress and see how I’m doing. Friendly reminders throughout the week are always ok.
