About the second announcement: Gojo has always been a thorn in the side for the higher ups, remember he threatened to just kill them when they decided to excecute Itadori in the beginning (hence the suspension of his execution, until Gojo was sealed)

2023-12-29 02:31:34 +0000 UTCAs far as we saw in JJK 0, Yuta freed Rika. But we learn from Geto's brain (before closing Prison Realm on Gojo) that Yuta bound Rika with a pact and gained unlimited cursed energy and the ability to copy any cursed technique, so I guess Rika didn't disappear.
