As an enjoyer of lingerie or "diamonds in the rough" girls, I can definitely see the appeal ^_^
I wouldn't extend it to whole series of events though.
Maybe I am too analytical for my on good, but if I don't have confirmation that this or that happened, then all other possibilities coexist in my mind as equally true. Many of those possibilities contradicting each other... @_@
Also, as I enjoy subtlety, I prefer to watch a gradual evolution of a character rather than be blindsided by the result.
But to each their own, even if I don't fully share the sentiment all the way ;-)

Things happening off screen leave things to the imagination. Similar to how someone can look more appealing in a swimsuit or lingerie rather than fully nude. Hinting at things rather than explicitly showing them. I think that's the best way I can explain that part.

Heartbreak is still a real possibility despite the couple stabilizing right now.
Maybe that little burst of hope will only serve for Fin to come crashing down that much harder.
Ultimately it all depends on Fin's mental state, and he isn't the most stable person.
Still, I feel that Dryda would eagerly fill the void if M&M would get together 😉
As for the gaping pussy, that is just a consequence, and that could be achieved in a myriad of ways, even in routes where things do not get that bad 😁

@Jane, I'm curious.
How does things happening off screen can be the best way for things to play out for you ? 🤔
On my end, usually that results in a character abruptly evolving without much (if any) hints, which I have trouble processing smoothly since we don't actually know why.
And I feel like I'm cheated of smutt scenes as well 🤣
Maybe it comes from me being more of the NTS vibe than pure NTR, I don't know 😅
Also, how do you think Fin made the wrong decisions ?
From memory (I haven't checked), I feel like we globally made the best out of less than stellar circumstances, which wouldn't invite such "heavenly retribution" on Fin.
So, curious again about what you feel this way 😉

Have faith, Malik is a bro and will come through.

Honestly I'm just hoping for some NTR and I think a lot of the best NTR happens off screen. I'm hoping for a real Mic drop moment soon. Mailik give me the impression of a pickup artist.
Honestly, at this point I kind of hope we're in a yeong type no win scenario its been a while since something like that has happened.
And I think Fin has consistently made the wrong decisions i'm not against a little plot armor. But I am worried the story might feel that way if this works out well for Fin. But I have an impression that's not the way things are ready to turn out.

When Fin was thought to be gone Malik showed a glimpse of his natural leadership style. It's no secret that he'd been extra careful around Fin since he had decent leverage with his ability and his ingenuity. When Fin came back with a spider waifu Malik had to contend with the reality that he accidentally contravened his own doctrine and started playing it by ear.

What a joy to have an enlightened discourse about the events ^_^
Thank you very much mate, your two cents (and everyone else's) are welcome anytime =D
On my end, while it did catch my eye, Maggie referring to Malik's decisions isn't indicative enough yet for me to mention it, I feel like.
You can very well respect your leader's decision making without being utterly devoted to them.
If anything, I find Malik's passive approach extremely puzzling in the light of how aggressive he was in the first night.
Maybe Malik was betting a bit too hard on standard Orc romantic courtship ? The "big dick gives pleasure, you're going to love being my cock slut and love devoting yourself to me" ...?
But I'd be slightly disappointed if he didn't switch plan quickly enough, to be honest. It would tarnish the capabilities he has in my mind.
I hope very much things aren't happening behind Fin's back, because I'm personally very much of the stance "if we (readers) don't see events, it's not that different from them not happening in the first place".
It's not that I don't ship M&M together, but with all the existing relationships surrounding that, if they do it I'd want them to do it right, reasons & feelings both (or as best as Malik can muster).
And thus I will evaluate Malik's attempts at courtship really keenly ;-)

"Physical dominance" aside, I feel like this chp also shows how Maggie is viewing Malik as more of a leader. There were a few "Malik said" moments from Maggie. I know Malik is a "bad guy", but look at it from Maggie's perspective lol. She was able to become a semi-vampire and hook up with a cool orc guy. Shes living her best life and at this point Malik seems to view her as an asset. In Malik route Jeane was able to convince Malik she was better to keep as a willing partner with her brain intact, so its possible he and Maggie can be a solid couple. At least that's my two cents.

So, we've got a "consolidating" chapter this week.
Not a bad thing to calm things down after the hectic last few weeks.
I'm a touch disappointed that Malik didn't appear more, but I realize that in order to leave some space for other characters, he needs to make himself scarce. So no problem 👍
Will the alternative that Fin & Maggie found for Malik's physical dominance hold the test of time ?
Anyway, Maggie demonstrated a good amount of willpower in trying as hard as Fin to make it work and resist Malik.
I think that's an underused point in the media, that a relationship is made or borken by both parties equally, and Maggie proves she's ready to pull her weight.
The Dryda part is rather self explanatory, so I won't comment much 😉
Just hoping that Fin won't be blind to the analogy, and that it can immensely help him find the balance he needs to temper his kindness without turning into a self inflicted martyr.
Eager to see the "hostilities" resume, hopefully in the most interesting way possible 👍
