This is the mod that could help!
3 New interactions to deal with bills
1) Hack Into Bills Systems ( programming skills Lv.6 through computers )
2) Pay Bills By Black Cards ( mischief skills Lv.7 through mailboxes )
3) Ask for Help Paying Bills ( friendly interactions, may fail if the friendly relationship is not high enough )
the interactions would not show up if no bill delivered.
XMLinjector by Scumbumbo is required

*This mod needs XMLinjector by Scumbumbo*
1)Download the latest version of XMLinjector, unzip the file and put the .ts4script file into your Mods folder(Don't put it into any other subfolder).
2)Download this mod and put the .package file(s) into your Mods folder.
