You gain a bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this sword equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded down). This sword has a number of charges equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded down), and it regains all expended charges when you complete a long rest. When you attack with this weapon and miss, you can expend 1 charge to turn that miss into a hit.
