Enjoyed the reaction - subscribed to the Patreon for this show! So glad to see an in-depth reaction to Railgun (and Index). Kuroko is also my favorite - partly because she's fun and has cool powers and abilities, partly also that back a few years before Railgun I had a tabletop RPG character who was a teenage red-headed teleporter girl for my own psi powers setting. (Which, oddly enough, was later published by Kadokawa - the only book I've had translated into Japanese - though my teleporter only got a single line, so I'm sure it had no influence.....)
