This scene has quite many animations so it might take a while to load. To change the "Sphere" item color to make the bulge match the skin, you can save the character skin color in char maker and use it in material editor at "color". For the x-ray, you need to change both "Haruno Chika" chars into the your character of choice to make the skin match. Thank you for supporting.
