Out all of theses emotions getting batter at it , but I really bad impulse control especially with starching myself and buying stuff on sale

2025-06-04 12:45:10 +0000 UTCI struggle the most with my emotions and impulse control. These things tie in very closely. Because I often fail to stop my emotions from controlling me. It leads me to make impulsive decisions leading to actions that are often not so well thought out. So regulating my emotions is something that I have been working on for years. I have learned that I rush myself. And that I need to slow down and not rely on instinct to pull me through situations.
