Awkward on Set
Added 2024-07-02 12:35:25 +0000 UTCBefore every shoot Steph gets a little nervous, even with me. She loves to make people happy. If she feels like she is not making someone happy she gets anxious.
So when modeling, she sometimes overthinks it because she wants to nail the pose the first time. I have to remind her to relax, take a breath and embrace the creative moment. It's not so much a technical process (something she forgets sometimes) it is a creative process.
After a few minutes she gets more relaxed. But sometimes, some of her best shots are when she is nervous, because true emotion is showing, which contributes to the shoot and her story.
