Fan Man
Added 2018-11-20 00:25:02 +0000 UTCI normally save him for last, but I knew he'd be getting a major design overhaul this time around, so I skipped ahead to Fan Man here for his redesign. While it pained me to throw out a lot of the old design aspects, unfortunately, they just weren't Mega Man-style enough! So, here's the new and improved Fan Man!
