But in my country we have spicy (salads ?) made from carrots and its really good. Also during my life i been eating so much fresh and pickled tomatoes and cucumbers so i don't even know if I like them or not . They feel like part of my life at this point. To me Zucchini jeon looks so much like something we do in my area. Its basically thin zucchini slices fried in some butter and you can put on them garlic paste.

Take that shit outttt I like celery only for the crunch and just so I can have a vessel for sauce 😂 My fave veggie I suppose would be peppers especially bell and jalapeño Or onions yummy OH AND I loveeee love spinach. 2023-12-31 22:41:40 +0000 UTCJeon is shredded up veggies with seasoning and flour and egg wash to hold it together Then you fry It can have have more stuff in it too, like fish or other meats but I think veggie is most common. I think you could substitute the egg wash for another bonding agent to make it vegan tho! It’s very yummy (: And the songpyeon is a rice cake and could be filled with red bean, sesame or chestnuts ! (Or wasabi in their case lmao) My fave veggie in my replies tho
