Although to immediately scoff & laugh at someone for having the idea of feeling rewarded for owning a home, when majority of their demographic doesn’t, is just ignorance. There wasn’t even a thought of reasoning or questioning, “before I discredit this individual, let me find out why they think this way”.

Seemed a little strange that was his first thought.. “wtf does that even mean” followed by awkward laughter. I don’t know, just seemed like a very ignorant statement. Yes, one day he will get there if he does it right, but to not understand the reasoning behind it and immediate come to laughter seemed ignorant. African American home ownership was 40-45%, the lowest of all other demographics.

The criteria for addictions are related to the ability to recognize and mitigate the adverse outcomes (consequences) of using the substance.
