I'm probably not going to make thumbnails for these reactions because I'm doing multiple episodes per video.
I don't think anyone really cares but I'm just letting ya'll know. This was chaotic.
I loved the swimming pool episode & the theme park episode was cool too. I liked the casual vlog style video. I hope the show continues to have a lot of variety and doesn't stick to the same style.

The amusement park they went to is Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, IL. It's north of Chicago 💜 I went a lil baby ARMY coo-coo the first time I saw that ep. because I recognized the signs on the tollway, I live about 20 ish minutes from there but had no clue who they were back then 😭

Yes the show I think launched with the Vlive app if I'm not mistaken and Run BTS was a huge part in Vlive becoming popular and other artists staring their own variety shows. I'm sure maybe there were probably others before them to make their own shows but BTS made it very popular and was a huge draw for the Vlive app. So much so that they had a lot of bargaining power and ended up buying them out lol. I do still miss some features from the app but I think if Weverse moves toward making changes by listening to fans it could improve more. I'm thinking all that gets complicated with huge companies having many subsidiaries like Hybe , changes are likely much much slower. I think if Big Hit directly owned it with out all the middle men maybe it would be different, who knows. But I'm so excited for staring this show! They were new to making their own show so it takes a bit for them to find their footing with the show. I find I'm not so good with skits as they make me cringe lol But the guys were brave for doing them and we got some funny moments from them. They only do 2 more skits if I remember correctly but we get a lot of iconic moments and memes from them. There is a huge variety with this show and it just gets better.

We're always told that Jin and Hobi are the cowards of BTS, but they always do everything, even if they're scared. This episode always reminds me of my favorite BTS moment of all time, which is when Jin and Hobi did the bungee swing together in New Zealand. I almost teared up at how proud they were of each other. Also, every 2Seok moment is precious to me. And now, I'm thinking of how much I miss them. 😍

Also each episode gets Behind the Cut photos and those are always really cute, one of my all time favourite jikook photos come from the behind the cut of episode 97 of them cuddling whilst sleeping

Something about Jin with the maknaes in baby BTS content just is everything to me… like it’s so cute and Jin loves being around them and they love being with him… I mean jinminkook is an iconic chaotic trio for a reason lol but this was super cute

2023-07-29 09:15:16 +0000 UTCThe whole priest thing is a mess lol I very much cringe at that one and usually tell reactors to skip the first few lmao but a couple of them are cute… improv is not easy… especially when you don’t ever do it lol but they gave their best shot at it which is all we can ask… but I grew up going to catholic school lol and I know they’re not trying to insult ppl and funny I’ve seen this so many times but never even thought about the creep factor from jimin the priest to Jin the eldest there… and the hug.. lmao I just thought if it as jimin but dawned on me what was unintentionally happening 😂 but yeh def no I’ll intentions so no worries

I grew up catholic but im not offended either 🤷🏻♀️ I believe it was all improvised and I get the sense that they weren't still too confident about it. In my opinion, the guys are at their best when they aren't even trying to b funny...

At that time I think it had the longest wooden rollercoaster, and I’m not one for park rides but it was pretty fun. I still have the souvenirs after all this time lol. I’m so glad you started Run BTS, its a lot of fun and chaos. Looking forward to it!

Don’t worry the format and content they do changes all the time … they do things when they’re on tour so they’re in hotels and have to find things to do there, but also do stuff that take them to water parks and water games… there’s playing games for food lol which leads to wholesome eating at the end… they’re so so so much fun!!!!

I kept thinking they'd add the subs later but it's been months and they still haven't. I don't understand why they took the trouble to upload them all to Youtube a while back if they weren't going to add the captions

2023-07-28 22:56:36 +0000 UTCI’ve been so looking forward to you starting run, yay! Run BTS is probably my favourite of all BTS series they’ve made, I think you’ll really enjoy it too! (Jimin and Suga both didn’t do the bungee jump in bon voyage, I feel like they both maybe only have medium interest in these kinds of things and prefer to watch, unlike JK who actively seeks it out haha - I feel like here, members were pushing themselves to go on all rides together, especially j-hope was super brave. I’m not a roller coaster person at all (find no enjoyment in it, I’ve tried a few times) and probably would have refused, so huge props to him for actually doing it!! Still I’m glad it seems like in later years, 2019 BV for example, there’s less pressure for all members to always do everything together and they can more opt in/opt out as they want to.)

2023-07-28 20:29:58 +0000 UTCVLIVE was in its early stages here & didn't have many groups on it but BTS started growing & bringing a lot more international traffic to the app, so they were essentially the frontrunners of the app & made it a huge thing, to the point where now their company Weverse bought it. But they used VLIVE bc unlike other groups from bigger companies, they didn't get invited much to traditional TV variety shows (& were sometimes treated poorly when they were) so they created their own! & now it's a total trend in kpop for groups to just make their own variety shows like BTS did

The production value does definitely go up as they go along, but they’re always trying new/different things and having so much fun. I can’t wait until you get into some of the most iconic episodes!! This is going to be a super fun rewatch for me. :-)
