I think personally you should post art progress on whatever you're working on as well as perhaps polls on what you'll work on next (Polls $5 or more patrons), NSFW or no. Getting exclusive art updates attracts more patrons, also NSFW definitely attracts more people. E.g. the 'risky poof' animation is the reason I joined up, it's my favourite of your works.
