Hey all!
We're excited to announce the release of Drake Hall, the start of our new ongoing adventure settlement!
Drake Hall is a small forested settlement in the wilderness, and is aimed at being ideal for new adventurers. Our goal is to continually keep adding on to the settlement with more buildings, NPCs, plot hooks, and surrounding locations so that it grows into a functional settlement - ready to be dropped into any game in its entirety as needed, or eventually even as a dedicated adventure setting.
Each month, Drake Hall will be updated with:
1 location within the village (such as a building)
2 encounter locations in the forested region surrounding Drake Hall. Some of these will be side quests, and others will be part of a developing plot.
Similar to Vampire Hunters, the vast majority of content for Drake Hall will be in the Foundry module, using the Dungeons & Dragons 5e game system. Each month, the three scenes will all come with quests, plot hooks, new characters and items to continue fleshing out the setting.
The Gilded WyrmThe social centre of Drake Hall, the Gilded Wyrm is a well-maintained tavern owned by Nolan Ashcroft, a former adventurer. Here, most of the villagers gather in the evenings looking for food, entertainment, or tips on new jobs. As the only tavern in the village, The Gilded Wyrm is very often the first port of call for new arrivals in town. Variants are included for day and night.
Foundry users are able to make their way upstairs in the main tavern or the stable building, as well as passing beneath a variety of canopy elements.
Brigand's TollhouseA small ruined cottage on one of the main roads into Drake Hall, unusual activity, missing merchants, and shipments never to be delivered are just some of the rumours being whispered about this region. There are answers to be found, for those daring enough to investigate. Variants are included for day and night.
Foundry users are able to pass beneath tree canopies and under the ruined beams of the collapsed cottage.
Old ShrineThe people of Drake Hall speak fondly of this shrine as a place where offerings are made for a bountiful harvest and a short winter. It spends most of the year unoccupied and undisturbed until the snows retreat.
This year, a storm has damaged the roof of the shrine, and seemingly something has now taken up residence within. Variants are included for day and night.
Foundry users are able to navigate up and down a number of natural stone ramps to change their elevation. They can pass beneath the overhead log canopy, or climb up and use it as a bridge to enter the upper floor of the shrine.

Drake Hall is available on pCloud for All the Things tier Patrons, and the Foundry module has been updated!
