Visual Novel Questions

1. What kind of content do you release each month?
The content I release each month varies depending on my schedule. JB (the ongoing series) typically requires more time for planning and development, as earlier chapters influence later ones. If my day job is demanding, I may focus on releasing one-shot VNs that are quicker to complete. Rest assured, there will always be fresh content each month!

2. What is the release schedule?
New VN updates are typically released toward the end of each month. I strive to stick to this schedule.

3. What if there’s a delay with this month’s VN release?
If for any reason there’s a delay and you’re subscribed, you’ll still have access to that month’s release once it’s available. In the event of a delay and you’ve unsubscribed, you can still request the download link—I'll be able to track your subscription and provide it.

4. What happens if there’s no VN this month?
I’ve never missed a release, but in the rare event that one is skipped, all payments will be paused, and you won’t be charged for that month. You’ll always be informed in advance if something unexpected happens.

5. Is there Android version for this XX VN?

Unfortunately, my earlier works don’t have Android versions. At the time, I wasn’t able to compile them properly, and the source files are no longer available. Because of this, I’m unable to create Android versions for those VNs. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience, and I appreciate your understanding.

Downloading & Playing Issues

1. I can’t download the file/ play the games. What should I do?
If you’re having trouble with downloading or playing the game, please send me a private message so I can help troubleshoot the issue. If we can’t resolve it, I will gladly issue a refund.

2. I didn’t receive my refund. What do I do?
Once a refund is processed, it’s handled by Patreon and may take some time to appear in your account. If there’s an issue or delay with your refund, please reach out to Patreon support directly for assistance.

3. How do I open .rar files?
To access the files in a .rar folder, you’ll need to unzip them. If you're on PC, you can use a free tool like WinRAR to unzip the folder.

On Mac, you can unzip the files using the built-in Archive Utility without needing any external software.

4. How do I report crashes, bugs, glitches, etc.?

I really appreciate your help in improving the game! If you encounter any crashes, bugs, or glitches, please don’t hesitate to report them. Your feedback is essential, as I can’t catch every issue on my own. Feel free to message me with details of the problem, and I’ll do my best to fix it as quickly as possible.

5. How do I continue the game whenever there is a new update?

Ren'Py saves your progress in a system-specific directory, so when a new update comes out, you can simply download and play the latest version without losing your save data. This means it's completely safe to delete the old version after updating! Don't worry—your save files will remain intact.

1. How do I get the bonus VN?
You’ll receive the bonus VN when you’ve completed a certain monthly streak of support. Once you’ve reached the required milestone, I’ll send you a private message with the bonus VN directly.

2. I didn’t receive the bonus VN. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your bonus VN after meeting the criteria, please send me a private message. With so many patrons, sometimes messages can slip through the cracks, and I may have missed you. Don’t worry—if you were eligible, even if you’re no longer subscribed, I’ll still send you the bonus VN as long as I can see you’ve met the streak requirement.
