2025-02-10 15:26:23 +0000 UTCThe title “Alice in borderland” is a clever nod to the classic story “Alice in Wonderland” as both main characters, (which btw Arisu is the Japanese pronunciation of “Alice”) find themselves stuck in a foreign world and share the desire to survive and return home. Also, the playing cards are a clear reference to “Alice in wonderland” as well.
