Just because they look different doesn’t mean they have entirely different genetics. It only takes one or two different genes to make someone a different skin color or to have a different physical appearance. Physical traits or gender are not what define a Loki. Your explanation makes it seem like they are all different people. The entire point is that they are the same person. And yes, they are all copies of each other, even if not exact duplicates. That’s exactly what a variant is.

Just look at all the Lokis that don't look like the main Loki, like Boastful Loki who is literally bald and black. Just cause they are all Loki, doesn't mean they share the same genetics. Some of them are really similar, but others are obviously not.
