One thing I pay attention to is when shoshana lays her head on Vince’s shoulder, I count to three and if it’s off then she’s still enjoying it, but there was like 15 seconds I counted and it didn’t look good😂 I agree with what you’re saying!

2023-09-16 17:22:45 +0000 UTCThinking back on where this show goes ...I don't think she's going to like it. First episode, she was having serious trouble keeping her eyes open. I dunno if it's just because they watch at 4am or what. But Loki is one of the saving graces of this awful phase. I think Vince is still with the MCU but I don't think Shoshana has known what's been going on for a while. But it's understandable, this many hours into the MCU now, just marathoning it all without month breaks between like we did. Gotta be hell on a girlfriend.

Yes, it may seem slow, but it has a lot of important information in them, and this series has the most noted easter eggs for the future films to come, s I'd pay very close attention if you can. Y'all are gonna love the rest to come. Shoshana, don't get your hopes up! The first time I watched it through I didn't pay much attention to the dialogue scenes, so I rewatched it and liked it even more, so I get where Shoshana is coming from, I'm not much of a dialogue fan either, unless something sticks out, but now I'm coming to realize its very important in a series and movies and it makes me enjoy them better:)

2023-09-12 18:10:26 +0000 UTCThis show is pretty much a crime thriller of sorts. It can be slow at points, but really good in those moments. This is one of those shows where you appreciate the writing more than the action or setpieces in my opinion :)

2023-09-12 15:16:48 +0000 UTCMarvel always finds a way to make an even more powerful enemy, object or weapon. That's why most people stopped after Endgame. It's a good stopping point for the Marvel movies, except for Spiderman, No Way Home is 100% worth watching.

The lore of the infinity stones wasn’t even established in the mcu until 2014 in the first Guardians of the Galaxy, and infinity war/endgame wasn’t announced to be a thing until 2016. Sure, infinity war and endgame was a culmination of 21 movies but it was not built up for the whole 21 movies. Also, the point of the stones scene was to tell us that the stones have no effect in the tva which is a separate zone from all of reality where they serve no purpose. The tva wasn’t created by the big bang like the mcu so the stones sre pointless there. In the main mcu timeline the stones are still capable of killing everything in existence, so it’s level of capability still exists. It’s just that the tva is it’s own external universe thats (kinda) in charge of controlling what happens IN universe.

I also didn't like the way they made the infinity stones seem like trash in episode 1 after we had invested so many years over 21 movies building up that infinity stone story line.
