Last Action Hero (1993) - Full Reaction

Well this was pure fun! I actually haven't stopped thinking about it! Someone described it to me as "the idea of the ticket was so special to me" and I totally get that-to imagine to be able to live in the worlds we see in the movies! It was funny and clever and I didn't stop smiling!

Nah, she’ll be back. 🙂

Joe M

“Arnold” was a great Docu-series.

Uncle Phoenix

"The 13th Warrior” with Antonio Banderas is my favorite John McTiernan film.

Uncle Phoenix

Cassie Never go back to New York again!

Jimmy Reyes

So glad u liked it, i knew you would. Believe it or not this movie bombed and is still considered a failure by many. I don't understand it myself. Its one of my fav action movies

James

If I could travel into a movie it would have to be something fun like Goonies, just so I could ride those water slides and find a pirate ship. Or Star Wars, if I could be a Jedi, or even just some kind of pilot, that'd be cool.

Joe D. MacGuffinstuff

I'm guessing she means Rivendell, she keeps calling it Riverdale, hope she doesn't mean Archie and Jughead.

JPDotCom23

This was a movie that wasn't critically popular or popular at the box office when it came out. But has aged much better in the years since.

Greg Quinn

A ship that's less intense than the enterprise, maybe the USS Melbourne 😄

Darren Swinbank

LOTR Star Trek Star wars in no particular order

Yaisu

Gotta say I don't like this one back when it came out but it was a lot better than I remembered. A fun watch with you. Spotting the references along the way was great.

Canadianant

I ve seen this movie hundreds of times and just noticed that the head mob guy Torelli at the funeral is Gazzo who played Frank Pentangeli in Godfather 2. I see a different cameo everytime I watch this.

Chris Retzlaff

Yeah that's what's crazy, Shane Black wrote the screenplay, Zak Penn did the story which worked later on Marvel, Xmen to Avengers and everything in-between, but the biggest is it's directed by Mctiernan, the greatest action director of all time...Die hard, Predator, Hunt for Red October.

Chris Retzlaff

WOW! I had no idea this movie was a comedic fantasy!! Can't believe I never watched it. Very fun watching Cassie spot the references and cameos! She's a pro now. I would definitely use it to go to Star Trek: TNG. I kind of did IRL once. In college I was into meditation and once our Bodhisattva told us to envision heaven and be there. I was on the bridge of the Enterprise with Captain Picard and the rest. Go figure.

Scott Macaulay

This was so unconventionally fun … errr … so conventionally fun? This was so fun. 🤷‍♂️

Rollo Tomassi

If I had that ticket I'd definitely take the Millennium Falcon out for a cruise

Zeroarmor7

It’s been decades since I watched Last Action Hero… I remember why I haven’t watched it in so long, but I’m glad that Cassie enjoyed it! BTW this film was written by Shane Black who wrote Lethal Weapon 1 and 2. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that Cassie watch The Nice Guys (2016) and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005), which Shane Black wrote and directed. The Nice Guys is the best buddy cop crime-comedy of the past decade!

Rod Reavern

Have not seen this movie in many years, but it was more entertaining than I remembered. Or maybe that was a side effect of the reaction. 😄 Still have mixed feelings about it, and giving it some thought I believe just a few things may have made a real difference: 1. A bit less cartoonish tone in the movie world. I really enjoyed when they were just ridiculously over the top, but many times they jumped the fence being way too cartoonish. 2. Could have trimmed ~10-15 minutes from the runtime in the movie world for better pacing. 3. Austin O'Brien's Danny just didn't truly work for me. Maybe I would have liked the movie better with a different kid as the lead.

Gábor Árki

I loved this Reaction. Cassie, You totally Got It. It was a Fun movie with an even more interesting Premise that keeps you thinking and fantasizing about the “Limitless Possibilities” long after the film is over. This film has always been a Favorite of mine. This film increased my love for movies. Another memorable part of my Childhood revisited. Thank You, Thank You. So Glad You liked it. I was one of the ones that was sure you would. (Toot Toot). That’s my horn by the way. ;-) If I had the Magic Ticket… Ooh.. I would have to be careful. I could see myself getting addicted with it and wind up like those people in Inception that go to “sleep” everyday in order to be “woken up.” I would be touring around endlessly and probably checking out every movie at least once. (Maybe not the Horror or War Films like Cassie said. No need to get too risky). Visit the beach in The Beach (2000)… hang out with Richard and Larry for a Weekend at Bernie’s (1989)… find One Eyed Willy’s Ship with The Goonies (1985)… play baseball at The Sandlot (1993) and meet Wendy Peffercorn… spend a Day Off with Ferris Bueller (1986)… see what happens at Midnight in Paris (2011)… spend a Holiday (2006) in LA and Surrey… hunt for Jaws (1975) with Quint, Brody and Hooper… go to the original Jurassic Park (1993)… (these last two I’ll risk) Limitless Possibilities is right. Mike had a great idea about Bedford Falls and not leaving. When the time comes to retire… Bedford Falls could very well be it… or go into Tarantino’s Hollywood from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019). I’d definitely give that a try. Getting to experience the 70s and 80s with Rick and Cliff seems like a major plus. If you’ll allow me to geek out on a Classic Film… Hollywood Canteen (1944). The film is about a real canteen in Hollywood during WWII, for servicemen stationed in Los Angeles. It was created by Bette Davis and John Garfield, and on any night or day, you would find major Hollywood Stars working in the canteen or performing. A film was made about it, during the war, and it just looked like the most fun place to be. The film is chock full of Stars, all playing themselves. There is even a Romance between a nobody serviceman and a Real Hollywood Starlet that is so charming, I may have to try and steal his role. This just gave me another idea… Notting Hill (1999). To get to experience what Hugh Grant’s character experienced. That would be something. Even if it was just the Birthday scene. Ok… I got to stop. This could go on forever. I could definitely get addicted to this. Anyhoo… A thought I had during the film… does Cassie know what The Twilight Zone is? If not, this could be an area to explore sometime.

Larry Darrell

I'd love to see a reaction to that one m

Stick Figure Studios

Even though I had previously seen him in ALIEN 3 and THE GOLDEN CHILD, this was the movie where Charles Dance really made an impression on me and for a while afterwards every time I saw him in something I just recognized him as "the guy from LAST ACTION HERO." Apparently he took the role that Alan Rickman had turned down, so he had a t-shirt made up he wore on the set that read: "I'm cheaper than Alan Rickman." X-D

Stick Figure Studios

You may find me hanging out at Mr. Gower’s… or hiking up to Mt. Bedford. I’ve always wanted to go there. I could definitely retire there. But First… In my later years, after going deep into Classic Films… Nick’s line in the film, “Garbo in Camille… Jean Harlow! Boy did I have a crush… Monroe! In Bus Stop!” I’ve seen Greta Garbo in Camille (1936). I now know what he’s talking about. Have you ever seen the film Hollywood Canteen (1944)? I would definitely be making a stop there.

Larry Darrell

Great List of movies. Totally… Midnight in Paris. It’d be hard to leave that one.

Larry Darrell

+1 for Commando (1985)

Larry Darrell

Undoubtedly, one of the most underrated action films of all time. I grew up watching this as a kid, but I didn't appreciate the writing, cameos, 4th wall breaks, and ingenious satire.

Vault Dweller

Younger me would have jumped into Temple of Doom. I always wanted to be Short Round back then. And because that was a prequel I could have been in the other two movies as a sidekick.

Brian's Dog

Robert Patrick, the actor who played T-1000 in "Terminator 2: Judgement Day", made a cameo as T-1000. He came out of the police station as Jack and Danny went in.

Bammer

The one thing Arnold couldn't defeat, dinosaurs 😅

Nismo

Since watching it at the cinema it’s always been one of my favourite Arnold movies, also rented it loads of times in the 90s lol. it’s just great how it’s pokes fun of the 80s/90s action movies and is just a really fun movie overall. I think you got lots of references, but it’s one of those films then on a 2nd & 3rd watch you pick up on a few more things. The cameos are also great at the film premiere later in the movie. But some of my favourite parts are the bits with Charles Dance as he was the perfect villain and he must have really enjoyed playing this part. As regards to which movie I’d pick to visit it’s Back to the Future would be great as you can got to any time period or a film you need to see if you haven’t already Still Crazy as as I’ve always wanted to go on tour with a band but this band has Bill Connolly as there roadie so it’s not going to be dull lol.

Dean Holt

The grim reaper character that McKellan plays came out of an Ingmar Bergman swedish film called "The Seventh Seal" - now that is a film (once you're done with mere movies Cassie)

John Drake

Same!

Ike

I liked The Long Kiss Goodnight when it came out. Slick.

Clay F

Loved the reaction! (to a not so great movie) Isn't it funny how the villains in this move really outshone the good guys? Charles Dance, Anthony Quinn, F. Murray Abraham and Tom Noonan make an epic bad guy team. What movie world would I want to visit? I guess Bedford Falls from It's A Wonderful Life, and I would never want to come back to the real world!

MikeLL

There’s so many references to other movies in this movie that it’s just about impossible to catch them all. I believe there’s even a brief, sad, bluesy musical reference to “Lethal Weapon” when they look at the pic of Slater’s dead son. Fun, fun movie.

Just Plain Bob

A few other trivia facts/meta in-jokes from the film: -The actress playing the teacher showing the kids HAMLET is Joan Plowright who in real life was married to Laurence Olivier (the actor playing Hamlet in the movie and also the director of it). -Tony Vivaldi is portrayed by legendary Italian actor Anthony Quinn who is in two of my all-time favorite films: Federico Fellini's LA STRADA and David Lean's LAWRENCE OF ARABIA. -The overhead shot of Arnold falling away from the camera before he grabs the wrecking ball is director John McTiernan referencing a similar shot of Alan Rickman falling away from the camera at the end of DIE HARD, which McTiernan also directed. -Jack's second cousin Frank is played by the great Art Carney who acted opposite Jackie Gleason (aka Buford T. Justice in SMOKEY AND THE BANDIT) in the classic TV show THE HONEYMOONER'S. This was Carney's last film (his dying words "I'm outta here" being a bit prophetic as it is the last thing he ever spoke onscreen). -The actor playing Jack's perpetually shouting boss is Frank McRae (who you might remember from LICENCE TO KILL as Sharky) spoofing a similarly angry police chief character he played in the Eddie Murphy/Nick Nolte action film 48 HOURS. -When Danny specifically mentions DIE HARD to Jack, for a few brief seconds the theme of DIE HARD can be heard on the score. Composer Michael Kamen did the music for both that film and LAST ACTION HERO.

Stick Figure Studios

It bombed on release, which is weird as it's now heralded as one of Arnie's best movies. It was too meta, too early - if it had come out after Scream it would have killed (pun intended). Another great movie written by Shane Black is The Long Kiss Goodnight - it's about a mom, so you'd love it!

Odd Thomas

She got a lot of them, but she did not get every reference in this movie.

Stick Figure Studios

Wow! This movie aged quite well and I agree with whoever said that it was "made for this channel." I think you got EVERY reference in this movie. Q: What about Ian Mckellen's "Grim Reaper/Death"? A: Sadly, I think its implied that he exists in both worlds. Did you catch Sharon Stone (from Total Recall), Robert Patrick (from Terminator II), and Humpfrey Bogart (from Casablanca)? If you did, it's a clean sweep! What a treat this was. I really - Really! - enjoyed this one :)

Ike

The movie I would go into would be "The Big Lebowski", if for nothing else, to have a roll with "The Dude" on the lanes to finally see how well he bowls.

Mojo One Thousand

Man, this movie has a cast. There are a bunch of cameos from people that were basically in movies with Arnie or the creative team in the several years prior to this coming out. As well as the creatives all working together on "Predator". * Sharon Stone who we just saw as "Lori" in "Total Recall". * Jim Belushi was in "Red Heat" a couple of years earlier with Arnie. * Danny Devito was in "Twins" with Arnie, yes, you picked that one Cassie, he was the voice of the cartoon cop. "Twins" needs a reaction. * Damon Wayans was in the "The Last Boy Scout" which was written by Shane Black. "The Last Boy Scout" needs a reaction. * Robert Patrick, Linda Hamilton and James Cameron all involved in "Terminator 2". With Shane Black also throwing the cop death before retirement trope which included the "Lethal Weapon" sax sting, surprised that didn't get a mention as Cassie has a lot of fondness for that franchise. Maria Schriver was married to Arnie when this was made and that is her playing a version of herself, and she is also a member of the Kennedy family, and so is related to JFK and RFK. Charles Dance is awesome... nothing else needs to be said. I forgot that Sir Ian McKellan was in this until he appears. I was thinking whether it would be "Gandalf" or "Magneto" as the reference, and a little surprised it took until he spoke to get the recognition, for a moment I didn't think it going to happen. And it was "Magneto". While on the "X-men", supermodel Angie Everheart, who was the video store clerk that was far too attractive to have that job, so it "had to be" a movie, was my choice to play "Rogue" when I first heard they were making the first movie. Granted, I was a young man going through adolescence at the time, and she is the closest person I could think of that fit the bill physically to play "Rogue" based on the comic/animated series illustrations. And, with he supermodel alumni Rebecca Romijn playing "Mystique" there was some synergy.

Mojo One Thousand

The main reason why this movie was a box office flop is another little movie dropped right around the same time. Some kind of fantasy film about a futuristic amusement park where dinosaurs were brought back to life through scientific cloning techniques. Billy And The Cloneasaurus that's the one. Crappy title, I would've chosen Jurassic Park. 😁😊 This film never had a chance. 😂

Zane From Canada

McTiernan had a purple patch in the late '80s early '90s, he also director "The Hunt for Red October" between all this.

Mojo One Thousand

Pretty sure Cassie has seen "The Nice Guys" prior to the channel, but not "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" and it lost in the last Christmas poll. I have enjoyed Shane Black's work since I was a kid, as I have been a long time fan of the "Lethal Weapon" franchise and "The Last Boy Scout" (that needs a reaction. And, "Last Action Hero" is basically the "band getting back together", as Shane Black, John McTiernan, and Arnold all worked on the original "Predator" together.

Mojo One Thousand

When I first saw this movie thirty years ago, I hated it. I didn’t get it, at all. But it’s one of those movies that grew on me over time, so that now I quite like it. It was one of the earliest films to go meta and it did so in a clever way. It was co-written by Shane Black, so it’s little surprise that it has a pretty smart script. Black also scripted “Lethal Weapon”, as well as scripting and directing “Kiss Kiss Bang Bang” and “The Nice Guys”, two of the smartest and funniest private eye/buddy cop movies I’ve ever seen. If you like Robert Downey Jr. and Val Kilmer (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang) or Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe (The Nice Guys), I highly recommend those two films.

Just Plain Bob

I’ll never forgive Jurassic Park for taking this away from us as a franchise.

Glenn McWhirter

I myself have not seen this one! Looking forward to watching it with Cassie.

Scott Macaulay

The movie I would pick for the ticket travel: So, this might be a bit of an oddball but I'd pick "The Net" (1995) with Sandra Bullock. Not the entire movie, but just the introduction scene with Sandra. The movie itself wasn't/isn't the highest rated one, but there is something about the mood of the opening scene of her apartment that brings me back to the nostalgic naivety of the 90s and the introduction to the internet. I was 14 at the time the movie came out and was captivated by the idea of working from home on a PC (and ordering pizza online as well, which was pretty wild in 1995). It's just a very cozy and lovely scene. (but also LOTR for the Shire and Rivendell (aka Riverdale with the squad xD) . Perhaps also "Midnight in Paris" (2011) The little town in "Phenomenon" (1996) Adrian's pet shop in Rocky (1976) "The Labyrinth" (1986) Probably more, but I have to stop the comment somewhere xD

Sindre Kristiansen

Also, one of the great 90s soundtracks.

Above Average Dave

I love how the ENORMOUS SIZE of the moon even after Danny has crashed the little girl's bike is just insanely unrealistically huge in that shot of jack and Danny walking back to the home.

YodatheHobbit

This was so much fun. The delight in your face when you recognize the movie references is one of the things that makes your channel so great. This move is just a fun filled popcorn, good time. There are so many wonderful movies it would be hard to choose just one, but Star Trek would be fun or maybe take a ride with Mal and the crew of Serenity.

Michael West

Stallone joke was one of the best parts; also funny cause this came out the same year as Demolition Man and in that movie they made a hilarious reference to Arnold as well 😂

JL_83

Glad you liked it, I always did and was disappointed that it got a bad rap when it came out.

Omar

Noonan was also a bad guy in MANHUNTER and ROBOCOP 2.

Stick Figure Studios

HAHAHAHA!!!! Thank you so much Cassie for this! This reaction was exactly what I needed! This week at work has been kicking my backside like crazy, plus some personal problems have been stressing me out, I haven't been happy all week, nor have I laughed and smiled at all, until now! I was smiling from ear to ear and laughing hysterically throughout this reaction Cassie, thank you so much for making my night! Anyway, my thoughts on this, I loved this reaction, definitely one of your best! I grew up watching this movie as a kid and it's one of my all time favorites, I was 5 years old when this came out so obviously I didn't see it in the theater, but a few years later when I got older, my Dad and I would watch this movie many times, me being a sucker for action-packed, guns blazing and explosions, I love it all! I love how you laughed and pointed out so many referrences and cliche's to other films and whatnot, most of which you've already reacted too lol! Arnold in the 80's and 90's when it came to action movie one-liners, he was the king of them! My favorite one-liner he says is at the beginning when he goes into that school to rescue his son, and he sees the cop and says "Hey, you want to be a farmer? Here's a couple acres!" and then he kicks that cop below the belt, that gets me rolling every time🤣 The look on your face when he grabs the walkie talkie and crushes it with his bare hand, that was priceless🤣🤣 Bet you didn't notice several cameos because it's one of those if you blink you miss it moments, but the lady at the beginning of the movie with the fluffy hair who's "the mayor" and tries to stop Arnold from going in the school, that was Tina Turner! Sharon Stone whom you saw in TOTAL RECALL made a tiny cameo, she was the woman standing outside the Police Station and lit a cigarette, and Robert Patrick whom you would recognize as the T-1000 from T2 also made a small cameo, he walked past the kid Danny as he was exiting the station! Excellent job recognizing many actors, and recognizing Sir Ian McKellen who plays the foreign version of Death from the Swedish movie THE SEVENTH SEAL, though IRL he did not play that roll in that movie lol! This movie is what made me a fan of Charles Dance (Benedict the man with the glass eye) he's a wonderful and British actor who can play a villain so flawlessly, I love the line he says in this movie "If God was a villain, he'd be me!" and he turns looking at the camera addressing the audience, that's called breaking the fourth wall, he delivers that line brilliantly! This movie is directed by the same guy who directed DIE HARD 1 & 3, and he directed PREDATOR! You should totally show this movie to your boys, I'm sure they'd love it! Now I don't know their ages, but I'd say if they're at least 10 and up, I'd say that's good enough for them to see this! To answer your question about where would I go in the movies if I had a magic ticket? Pft, that's easy for me, I'd be tagging along on the adventures of Bilbo Baggins in THE HOBBIT trilogy and with the Fellowship (Squad, sorry I had to say it🤣) of the ring in THE LORD OF THE RINGS trilogy! No offence, but unlike you, I'm not afraid of Orcs, Trolls, or even the Nazgul, but a Balrog uh.... yeah they freak me out lol! Maybe I'd visit the Caribbean seas and sail with Captain Jack Sparrow in the PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN movies, or going on adventures with Indiana Jones, or weild a lightsaber as a Jedi in the STAR WARS universe, or visit the world of my favorite Disney classic SLEEPING BEAUTY and sing with my favorite Disney princess, Aurora! Maybe even exchange slaps and eye pokes with my favorite comedy trio, THE THREE STOOGES 🤣🤣🤣 So many possibilities with that ticket I could do with many of my favorite movies lol! Thank you so much for the laughs Cassie, I totally needed this, you're the best! As I said in one the birthday cards I sent you with my package you opened up, you (and Carly) have given me so many smiles and laughter with every reaction you've done to my favorite movies and has pulled me out of a jam many times, thank you so much, so glad you loved this movie, that means a lot! Hope you have a great Tuesday, love and support, you (and Carly) are the best, God bless you and the family 🥰😇🙏😁😉🤗✌👍🌹

Wesley White

I believe the idea is that she knows who Arnold is and that's who she thinks Jack is at first, but eventually Jack thought it was better to tell her the "truth" about him being just a cop from LA who merely resembles Arnold (you can hear dialogue in the background when Danny is waking up the next morning to the effect of "the resemblance is just uncanny" and whatnot). A bit of a suspension of disbelief perhaps but I've never been bothered by it.

Stick Figure Studios

I love this movie. The only thing I never understood is how Danny's mom seemingly has no clue who Arnold the actor is, even as a kid who saw this at Danny's age, I was exactly 10 in 1993, that felt to me like a plothole. I mean...... REALLY? She thinks he's a cop from LA? Cmon! Or does she think her son won a contest and gets to hang out with Arnold for a day pretending to find "bad guys", and is just playing dumb for Danny's sake?

YodatheHobbit

You know when Schwarzenegger was governor of California, I wrote to him asking him to keep the Manson family behind bars. One of them got recommended for parole. He actually wrote back and told me he agreed with me and told me as long as he was governor not one of them would see the light of day. He called all of them the worst kind of evil. To this day he is the only one to write back. The bad guy in this Tom Noonan played a serial killer in the X-files he also played the bad guy in a horror movie that was actually surprisingly good called House Off The Devil (2009) ThIs is not a movie for Cassie in no way am I recommending it. This movie actually made fun of itself of all action movies. While being a action movie itself. It was a paradox. I actually thought the movie was fun. I am really glad you liked it there Classy Cassie. What a great week with the exception of full episodes of.... um uh well? Nevermind I will keep things positive. Your family Classy Cassie are always in my daily prayers. 🙏

Zachary K. (Swiftie)

It didn't help that it opened a week after JURASSIC PARK which was THE movie of the summer of '93.

Stick Figure Studios

She misses some, but still gets a fair amount.

Stick Figure Studios

She's already seen it.

Stick Figure Studios

I had a feeling you would like LAST ACTION HERO. Even though it was a huge flop the summer it came out, I've always liked it too. It's messy to be sure, but it's a very fun, clever satire of action flicks. I was amused seeing you laugh at all the various movies references in it (AMADEUS, DIE HARD, WITNESS, etc). There are so many flying by so fast that you even missed a few (TERMINATOR 2, LETHAL WEAPON, etc). Just FYI, the movie out of which Death emerges is called THE SEVENTH SEAL. It's a Swedish film directed by the great Ingmar Bergman about a knight returning to England from the Crusades who ends up playing "Death" a game of chess for his life. It's truly one of the greatest films of all time and would make for an interesting reaction some day should it ever win a foreign movie poll... and yes, that was Ian McKellen (Gandalf, Magneto, etc) as Death, though he didn't play Death in the original film.

Stick Figure Studios

Stranger than Fiction needs to be on your list.

Korny

My favorite Arnold comedy, I didn't discover until I was an adult that it performed poorly and I still can't imagine why. It has a lot of heart, and it's surprisingly insightful (although a little sad) with that bit about bad guys winning in our world- when I heard that as a 9 year old it certainly stuck with me. Lovely reaction as always!!

LMrcs

I'll be back, watching this later tonight. 😄 What world would I visit? LOTR would be on my shortlist for sure and I would entertain the idea of having a trip on Serenity as well. But my top picks would probably be accompanying Stillwater on their tour bus and of course the TNG era of Star Trek. +1 for TWINS. That was one of my childhood staple movies and for long I thought of Arnie as a comedian first because of it. Also, Cassie may be ready for COMMANDO as well, the ultimate action B-movie of the 80s.

Gábor Árki

I liked the Netflix "Arnold" documentary. Arnold is one of the top 40 highest-grossing stars of all time. Arnold movies (e.g., T, T2, T3, True Lies, etc.) had massive success at the box office. Arnold on the poor performance of Last Action Hero at the box office: "I was devastated ... It hurts you. It hurts your feelings. It’s embarrassing… I didn’t want to see anyone for a week." James Cameron: “He sounded like he was in bed crying... He took it as a deep blow to his brand. I think it really shook him." I don't judge a movie by box office success. Many movies I like did poorly (or mediocre) at the box office.

Clay F

This movie was made for this channel! You pretty much got all the movie references. There was a quick T-1000 cameo from Terminator 2 and a little nod to Danny Glover's character in the Lethal Weapon series. Fun reaction! Star Wars would be the safe/predictable answer for movie world I would like to visit so I'll just say the Halloween movie series 🎃😅

Nismo

I love this movie, so much fun. My favorite movie is Forrest Gump, so I'll probably jump in to that one. I hope you will see it with Carly one day.

Ib-René Jørgensen

Roll on Manhunter ...

John Drake

Awwww, I think this one would've been fun with Carly. Maybe you guys can watch Twins after a bit of an Arnold break.

YodatheHobbit

This was the second movie I saw in a movie theater as a kid (the first being Aladdin), and Arnold became my hero. I remember finding this movie so fun and collecting the action figures (they even had "Arnold/Jack Slater as Hamlet" action figure). Director John McTiernan is the 🐐.

Alex Villarreal

Not yet still crossing fingers and toes it’s soon

David Freese

any chance to see Tom Noonan be an absolute creep. I'm sure you hated him. Hahaha. He's my all time favorite character actor and seeing him in this as Ripper... terrified me as a kid. I was like... 11 when this came out and saw it with my dad. We had so much fun. It's so silly and so celebratory of action movies.

djKENTO

Going to have to find my copy of this. I am sure I have it on DVD.

Brian McGovern

Sometimes I am so happy that Cassie and Carly love happy endings.

Uncle Phoenix

Thanks for pumping these out Cassie. I think I’ll be up late now because I haven’t even finished Pleasantville. So I get a wide range for the last hour of the first and Then Arnooollddd. See you for the live tomorrow.

David Freese

I just realized. Have you seen twins at all with arnold and danny devito? That would be one to watch with carly

Night King01

I’m looking forward to see if you catch all the winks to other movies!

Wes

You want to be a farmer? Here's a couple of achers. LOL.
