+1 for Escape From Alcatraz (1979). Watched a zillion times.

Clay F

Great reaction Cassie Clint Eastwood is just one of the greatest actor/directors of all time his range in any genre just spans so many movies. 2 other great movies to react to of his Space Cowboys and Gran Tarino both different movies but worth a watch. Plus another great movie to watch is JFK with Kevin Costner about the assassination of Kennedy and the man Costner plays Jim Garrison who brought a trial in the murder of Kennedy its a 3 hour movie but well worth the watch and the list of stars in this movie is incredible!!

Mike Ortiz

That's not as big of a gap as I thought, but it still looks and feels like a grandpa making moves on what could be his daughter. The whole "cute misogyny" angle with him shruggingly saying women in the secret service are window dressing doesn't help either. It's clearly a product of its time, which is fine. The fact that it stands out as archaic is a good thing.

Pand

While I might tend to agree with your last point in general — Clint was 62 when they made ITLOF, Rene was 38 — I think Frank and Lilly also had The Job to bind them, which happens a lot in high-pressure professions. I think we also see in the movie that Lilly develops genuine sympathy and empathy for Frank when it comes to his experience with President Kennedy’s assassination. Surely, she put herself in his place mentally throughout the movie. So, yeah, big age gap and a little weird? Sure. But I think in this case there’s some grounds for it. Plus, and I’m sure Cassie would agree, we didn’t want to see Lilly end up with BILL, did we?

Jason Chirevas

I love these 90s thrillers, some great cinematography here. John Malkovich plays such a great villain, what an actor. One thing I don't miss from older movies is geriatric men being romantically paired with young women all the time. Very cringe worthy.

Pand

Clint Eastwood, one of my favourite actors, if you want to see him younger then "where eagles dare" is a pretty stand out movie. My favourite western of his has to be "The Outlaw Josey Wales" if you want something with a bit more humour then "Two Mules For Sister Sara" could be your bag. For me the best Harry Callaghan movie is "Magnum Force" if you like your psycho thrillers then "Play Misty For me" will sort you out. Special mention for "Thunderbolt and Lightfoot" and "The Eiger Sanction" I could go on better I stop.

Joeking

Another Clint Eastwood movie is million dollar baby I think you should watch it if you haven’t already

Michael Cinquina

Another Clint Eastwood movie is million dollar baby I think you should watch it if you haven’t already

Michael Cinquina

Young Clint... Kelly's Heroes or The Outlaw Josey Wales.

Powers209

Love watching movies with you. I think you'd like Vantage Point. It's another Secret Service movie with Dennis Quaid. Very thrilling and will keep you guessing.

Reece Coventree

Love the Content

Reece94

You should definitely watch the Westerns, his earlier stuff. But i think his later movies really showcased his range. Gran Torino is my favourite, million dollar baby second : )

Shyam Nair

2 mules for sister sara

zynjams

Clint Eastwood films I'd recommend: -All of the Dirty Harry movies (Dirty Harry, Magnum Force, The Enforcer, Sudden Impact, and The Dead Pool). -Kelly's Heroes -Any Which Way But Loose -Any Which Way You Can -Thunderbolt and Lightfoot -The Outlaw Josey Wales -The Gauntlet -Gran Torino There are other good movies, but I'm sure someone will suggest them, especially his other western's.

Dustin Denner

Agreed 💯 I’m hoping she does the bodyguard soon cause I know she’d love it. It’s a love story Cassie!!!!!!!

brooke atkins

Another Clint Eastwood suspense movie is 'Tightrope' . Plus you get to see Alison Eastwood (his daughter)in her film debut playing his daughter.

Jon Freezin-Rain

Great reaction Cassie, another movie you can watch with similarities to this one is The Bodyguard starring Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston.

Brandon N.

When she leaves him at the piano having dodged his kiss he plays about 20 breezy seconds of As Time Goes By. "... A kiss is just a kiss."

Dennis Shogren

It's shocking how many people are suggesting Dirty Harry over The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.

granny_goodness

Play Misty for Me with Clint Eastwood from 1971 is good . And is Dirty Harry movies from 1971 to 1988

Lynn Casciotti

I think Tommy Lee Jones won the Oscar more for the characters influence than the performance, it became a mini-cultural phenomenon for a moment in 1993 and even inspired his own spin off movie US Marshals. The character doesn't seem that special today but I guess it was unique and touched a culture nerve 30 years ago.

alex

Fab reaction Cassie as per usual

Andy Owen

Reactions like this are why I watch and love Popcorn in Bed. Thank you.

Ian Cano

If you’re after a film like this Cassie you should check out the film Shooter with Mark Wahlburg, a film about the assassination of the president of the U.S

Simon Chalkley

Fun fact the guy who plays Mendoza is the central antagonist in a movie franchise you'll prolly never watch lol

William Bryan

"Clint Edgewood"

warcrimes

Your comment of counterfeit money. That is the jurisdiction of the U.S. Secret Service. Counterfeiting, fraud, and other crimes in financial realm, along with protection duty for the President, VP, and a number of other dignitaries within the government. They also are the experts on ink and paper. That is so they can investigate threats against their protector. I had the occasion to go to their Wash DC offices. During a tour they took us into a room where they stored counterfeit money. Some was good, some was like a Xerox copy. Secret Service also handled Cell phone fraud. That is how I got to meet them. Interesting group.

Mike McLaughlin

Wow Cassie you really impressed me with your research and I agree John Malkovich should have won he always plays a strange character. There is a movie called being John Malkovich that is very good and creative, never seen anything like it. I love watching movies with you. You're the best

Sam R.

If you want a spy/intrigue film with Clint Eastwood, watch The Eiger Sanction. It's one of his slightly lesser known movies but an excellent one, and, the stylized soundtrack was done by John Williams of Star Wars/Indiana Jones/Harry Potter fare.

3dbadboy1

I've liked this movie ever since it was first released, I'm so glad you enjoyed it Cassie.

Patrick Egan

You aren't alone in thinking that, he got an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor for this movie. :)

Patrick Egan

Clint Eastwood is such an icon. So many movies to recommend. Of course, the Dirty Harry series, but my favorite is Escape From Alcatraz (1979). One of the best suspense movies of all time.

Shawn Kildal

Cassie, you might also recognize Gary Cole in something other than Office Space. Check your West Wing book page 30. He also had a semi regular role in The Good Wife as a ballistics expert who would later marry Diane Lockhart. The younger guy who was Clint's partner was best known for being the lead in the TV series The Practice He was also briefly engaged to Julia Roberts. The reason he made the gun was so he could it pass the metal detector.

Shawn Kildal

For more early Clint, I'd like to recommend his Dirty Harry series of movies (starting with Dirty Harry, there are 5 total), Play Misty for Me, and Escape from Alcatraz. He also did a movie which is combination sci-fi/action/thriller, "Firefox", which is a fun watch if you're Eastwood fan who also likes good spy movie. Also, for John Malkovich, I'd like to recommend, "Being John Malkovich."

Ron

Cassie, you have Million Dollar Baby starring Clint Eastwood (Edgewood?) listed on your Letterboxd. Sports movie where he's training an up-and-coming female boxer. I don't recall you mentioning it as a sports movie you've seen or as an Eastwood movie you've seen. Is it listed there by mistake maybe?

Shawn Kildal

Clint Eastwood's BLOODWORK is a thriller Cassie would love.

Alex Villarreal

Now I think you should watch Air Force one the Wolfgang also made that

MatthewBrown74m

The Oscars poll idea is a great one! I bet some great, unique picks are going to keep coming from it.

Alex Villarreal

After watching this for the first time I think John Malkovich is clearly the best actor here. He’s kinda amazing

TinCan Cosmanaut

Bed-heads. I like that.

Stick Figure Studios

Oh, good one. I second this. :)

Stick Figure Studios

The man is more than just a movie star: he's a legend. Great actor and great director (one of my favorites).

Stick Figure Studios

Just want to throw out some thriller suggestions that aren’t from the last 10 years. I saw it mentioned above, and I’ve mentioned it before, but Hitchcock’s North by Northwest bears re-mentioning. There are suspense sequences in that movie that have never been surpassed, it’s got a great romance, and it’s a nice intro to Cary Grant, probably the greatest Hollywood Leading Man in movie history. It’s more comedic, but Charade with Grant and Audrey Hepburn is another really fun thriller. Breakdown with Kurt Russell, fantastic road/isolation thriller. Duel, Steven Speilberg’s first full-length movie (originally done for TV) and another great road/isolation thriller The Narrow Margin, tight, tense noir thriller that takes place on a train. Red Eye, sleeper Wes Craven thriller with Rachel McAdams and Cillian Murphy; takes place largely on a plane. Final Analysis, trashy, noiry, crazy thriller with Hitchcockian overtones. Great Kim Basinger performance

Jason Chirevas

Bania

Jason Chirevas

This Clint Edgewood is a great actor, is he new?

TinCan Cosmanaut

The Secret Service was created by Lincoln on April 14th, 1965 (the day he was assassinated himself!) to counter the large amount of counterfeiting of US currency during the Civil War (or War of Northern Aggression depending on your upbringing) They didn't start protecting the President till 1901 after McKinley's assassination. They were picked as they were the only Federal Law Enforcment equipped to handle the duty (no FBI till 1908). J Edger Hoover lobbied hard to get the duty shifted to his FBI until JFK was assassinated and then decided he didn't want his agency to possibly have a president killed on their watch. You may notice all the agents on protective duty wear the same lapel pin, in real life they change daily, sometimes multiple times a day to help ID imposter agents. With over 7000 agents less than 20% are on the protective side. The rest are a key component in our county's financial health. I remember this one well from the theater, you had a great reaction, loved watching it with you!

Keith Jones

Great reaction Cassie! I’d never seen this movie and it was fun watching it for the first time with you. Yes, you must check out a young Clint Edgewood. I’m so used to thinking of him as a “tough guy” so it was weird to see him flirting in this movie. You might know his son Scott Eastwood, he’s been in quite a few films and looks very much like his dad. When you asked for suspense/ thriller movies, I thought of Sleeping With The Enemy with Julia Roberts, but not sure if you’ve seen it already. Until next time…🍿

Tara

Cassie, you starting to comment about Clint Eastwood as a younger man and leaving that thought hanging...🤣 ...but just to confirm, yes he was very "swoon-worthy" as you might say. He's very comparable to Harrison Ford in his Raiders of the Lost Ark days.

Chris B.

Originally the Secret Service was created just to fight counterfiting of currency. In 1901, after President William McKinley was assissanated, they were asked to provide protection for government officials as well. They still carry out both of those missions.

Alan Kobb

Also, another great reaction video.

Uncle Phoenix

I really hope that you get a chance to watch, “Absolute Power”. Great thriller, and it has Clint Eastwood and Gene Hackman, both from Unforgiven. I’m sure you would love it.

Uncle Phoenix

Hey Cass... Love this movie. For another good Eastwood film that is not one of his Westerns I would suggest "Heartbreak Ridge"... In terms of suspense, whodunit movies for Eastwood, there is "Tightrope" (1984), "Absolute Power" (1997), and "True Crime" (1999). Also in the same vein you could venture out into some John Travolta movies like "Basic" (2003) or "The Generals Daughter" (1999).

Doug Fisher

Clint Eastwood has been a gift to movie making, both in front of and behind the camera. No list of "Cowboy Western" movies is complete without the Man with No Name Trilogy, but he has been in may other wonderful. Just a short list Gran Torino, Million Dollar Baby, Heartbreak Ridge, , The Bridges of Madison County, Firefox, Any Which Way You Can, and of course all the Dirty Harry Movies

Brian Wegner

I have officially joined the highest level of Bed-heads on Patreon. When might my name appear amongst the hallowed few on your videos? For everyone else, c’mon in boys and girls, the water is fine!

Lamar Smith

John Malkovich always plays a wonderful bad guy. He has a large body of work, but he will always be the notorious KGB to me. I checked, and you have never seen Rounders staring Matt Damon. The quintessential poker movie that drove the surge of poker rooms in the late 90s early 2000's. I can't recommend it enough. If you every consider a poll around gambling, Molly's Game is another one that is outstanding.

Brian Wegner

Definitely agree that John Malkovich gave a stronger performance this year than Tommy Lee Jones did. One of the reasons his performance is so much more commendable, to me, is that he spends at least half, probably more, of his scenes acting alone. Just himself in a hotel room talking on a phone. Not the easiest thing to do. The movie itself I think is just so-so, they really just brush over Frank having his partner murdered in front of him. Pretty sure that would be a period of mandatory leave for any federal agent. But within a couple scenes he's completely over it. And some of Leary's actions seem over-the-top psychotic, just to make the audience hate him. But it was decently entertaining I guess. AIR FORCE ONE, recommended by many here, is even more ridiculous by the way. If you're looking for more Eastwood movies I would recommend THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY if you haven't seen it. Shows a different side of his acting (it's a romance). Also, since this movie involved the Kennedy assassination as a theme (it was released in the summer of '93, the 30th year anniversary), I would also highly recommend the 1991 film JFK, starring Kevin Costner and an enormous cast of cameo performances. People debate its accuracy back and forth but it's a completely riveting film about the only case brought to trial concerning Kennedy's murder.

Patrick Flanagan

You can't beat early Clint around the 70's - Dirty Harry / Magnum Force are fantastic, Also "Play Misty for me" is worth a watch as is the heist movie "Thunderbolt and Lightfoot" - with a very young Jeff Bridges

John Drake

I hear you William. At present I watch about 20% of the reactions. It's highly unlikely we'll ever see Mulholland Drive, Synecdoche NY, or Anomalisa, but there is fervent hope for Godfather I and II and perhaps Goodfellas and Casino.

Michael Threapleton

I've been touting Where Eagles Dare for a while now. Let's see if we can get this snowball rolling. Broadsword calling Danny Boy.

Michael Threapleton

Hadn't seen this in a while, it was fun to rewatch it with this reaction. One question to Cassie though: could John Malkovich squeeze Jack Nicholson on your "I'm scared of him" actor list, or does he still confidently leading that? 😀 As for a young Clint Eastwood, he was mainly starring in westerns during his earlier years, first TV then spaghetti westerns. It was his late 30s when he started doing some non-westerns. One of his most iconic role is probably the Dirty Harry series. Five crime/thriller movies, the first one made in 1971. I enjoy the first two but the rest are kind of average ones IMO. I can highly recommend the two WW2 movies he starred in though. Where Eagles Dare (1969) is a spy/action movie where allied agents are raiding a castle behind enemy lines to free a prisoner. Kelly's Heroes (1970) is a heist/action movie where a group of US soldiers sneak behind enemy lines to perform the perfect heist.

Gábor Árki

Hi Cassie, Thanks for the great reaction. This is the type of reaction that made me love your channel and brought me to Patreon - just you reacting to a single one off great movie and being completely emotionally engaged in it with no distractions. I really like the idea of a random year oscars winners poll and doing them fortnightly rather than monthly would be even better. At times I have wondered if the channel was heading in a direction that wasn't for me - TV shows and movie franchises like Rocky and Mission Impossible are great if you are into them but if your not and you have to wait until every sequel is worked through until something new perks your interest it can be tough going, I'm sure it feels like the whole world is pulling you in different directions with things to watch but hopefully you can still fit in a decent number of one off dramas. It would keep this dinosaur and maybe one or two others happy for sure - All the best.

William Russell

I actually saw them filming the early scene when Clint is running alongside the president's car in DC - I remember Wolfgang Peterson directing from a crane, that shot from above where it is coming down the street. Was the first time I saw Clint in person, but not the last!

Jason Dolan

They were when this movie was made, they've since been transferred to Homeland Security. But they still do handle financial and cybercrime investigations, yes.

Patrick Flanagan

That was a fun one. Man, I hadn't seen this in forever. Anyhow, since you asked for similar types of films, I thought I'd repeat some of the great suggestions made here already: - Sicario (2015) - Spy Game (2001) - The Next Three Days (2010) And add some of my own: - Body of Lies (2008) - Blood Diamond (2006) - The Kingdom (2007) - Ronin (1998)

Uncle 'Traveling' Matt

So many comments. First, well done. This has been a favorite movie of mine for YEARS. Second, Clint Eastwood is well known for westerns (as you mentioned) but he also did a string of Dirty Harry movies (I haven't seen them) in the 70s and 80s. If you really want to see him young, though, check out Paint your Wagon, the only musical he's ever been in. John Malkovich (the guy who played Leary) we well known for his crazy guy parts - he plays it off well. As for the Oscar, Leary was a pretty one-dimensional, and Malkovich did a great job pulling him off - I dont think anyone could have done it better. Sam Gerard had quite a few facets to him, and there was some character growth in the Fugitive that Jones did a fantastic job on. I think you nailed it that other actors would have done a great job with the character of Gerard, but Jones stole the movie from Harrison Ford, which is not easy to do. New mike - that may take a while for you to get used to. -lol- You like to gesture a lot (one of the things I like about your reactions) but you sounded fantastic with it. I hope you find a way to rig that boom up so it doesn't interfere with you. As for other thrillers - this is just about my pinnacle. We don't watch many R movies. I think The Fugitive and In The Line of Fire are as good as it gets for me. Crimson Tide is a really good submarine thriller. Air Force One isn't bad in the thriller category either, but no love stories in either one. Great job again! I keep thinking as you have done a lot of my favorite movies that I may have to un-subscribe, but you keep pulling winners out that convince me to stay (I really only joined for Firefly! :)). Just well done!

Damon Corrigan

Remember when Marty McFly almost crashed into Edgewood Ravine?

Jason Dolan

Clear and present danger is definitely a thriller you should see. Harrison ford in the best Jack Ryan film to date.

Night King01

Clint EDGEWOOD????? Meme'd!!!Loveya, Cassie!

Dave

Love this one. My dad was a busy guy growing up, so when he took us kids to the movies it was always special. Dad took my brother and I to see this when I was 11, being that it was rated R he must have really wanted to see it lol. I loved it, I was able to follow the story even at that age. Malkovich was a such a great villain. IIRC probably my first Eastwood movie.

theNYRfan

Both great films.

Stick Figure Studios

That's a terrific film. A true classic.

Stick Figure Studios

He was a great villain. Easily the best bad guy of that franchise.

Stick Figure Studios

You must watch some young Clint Eastwood films. He was smokin’ hot! LOL

Lord of the Strings

I broke up with the love of my life a few months back..I always tried to get her to watch movies I love because I enjoy her reaction to films she had never seen…I just want to thank you personally for filling that void because now I get to watch movies I love from start to finish with someone that lovvvesss to watch films and appreciates them..

John McCloy

yes, this totally had fugitive vibes and I LOVED them both

Cassie

Okkk that makes sense now!

Cassie

FINALLY GOT IT, it was killing me!

Cassie

on my short list!

Cassie

I loved that too! eeee they were so cute! I really did love this one!

Cassie

I'm still shocked that she hasn't had "To Catch a Thief" on any of the categories we poll. She'd love it.

Steve Colletti

"3 Days of the Condor" is one of the best thrillers I've ever seen. It's probably my favorite Robert Redford performance...also, If you've never seen "Blow Out" w/ John Travolta you should correct that.

BD Williams

I knew you would love this movie. I can only remember one other time before the movie was even half over you said you really liked that movie and that was the fugitive. Booths character really creepy. He did a great job playing that part you are correct. The scene When Frank and Lily are standing in the suite and he opens up to her about his shortcomings gets me every time. One of the best scenes in the movie. Glad you enjoyed this movie great reaction

Steven Ashford

+1 for Air Force One. Harrison Ford as President of the United States. Enough said!

Robert da Spruce

I would like to suggest The Next Three Days (2010). Starring Russell Crowe and Elizabeth Banks. It’s a thriller about what a husband (Crowe) will do when his wife (Banks) is convicted of murdering her boss. I think you’d enjoy it. Looking forward to watching your reaction to this one!

Robert da Spruce

With Popcorn you have to have butter. With Eastwood (aka Edgewood) Dirty Harry is a must.

Grinznmore

Great flick. Notice the chase on the rooftop was a blend of Hitchcock’s Vertigo and the music of The Untouchables. To answer your question why Mitch did not go to the bathroom to assemble the weapon? Once you pass through security you enter a sterile area. If you left you would not be able to return or at the least, be searched again. The detectors would find the spring and bullets. To see the fine acting craft of John Malkovich, I recommend watching Of Mice and Men featuring John and Gary Sinise (1992).

Grinznmore

It was in Cassie’s Heist Poll. It had a respectable showing. I believe it came in 4th place. I also think Cassie would enjoy it. I hope she watches it one of these days.

Robert da Spruce

“The Man In Lincoln’s Nose” is a chase thriller similar to this movie. They did change the title before release to “North By Northwest”. Probably tougher to sell the suspense and romance of “The Man In Lincoln’s Nose.” And both sci-fi fans and civil war buffs might’ve left the theater disappointed. If I have spoiled the nose sequence for anyone I apologize.

Steve Holton

Ransom with Glenn Ford is an even better thriller.

Jason Chirevas

She actually works it out.

Brian McGovern

"I'm gonna go ahead and have to ask you to come in on Saturday." - Lumbergh from Office Space. Aka, Harvey Birdman. Aka Gary Cole. That is what you were searching for Cassie.

Christopher Smith

Ransom with Mel Gibson is a pretty good thriller.

Hiraoka Toru

I didn't know Banyan was in this. That's gold, Jerry. Gold.

Brian McGovern

Cassie. You may have recognised Bill from another reaction you did some time ago. I'm going to have you go back and look through some of your early reactions, mkay? ( That's a clue by the way). Just watched more and saw you got it. Well done. 👌👍

Brian McGovern

As fine a film as this is in the assassin vs cop genre, it doesn't hold a candle to The Day Of The Jackal . Not that horrible remake from the 90s with Richard Gere doing a terrible Ulster accent), but the 1973 Fred Zinnemann classic. A little talked about triumph in suspense.

VivendoBem

Rene Russo played Thor's mother in the Marvel movies. I recommend Cassie watch Rene Russo and Pierce Brosnan in "The Thomas Crown Affair" Russo plays an insurance detective and Brosnan plays an art thief. It's a cat and mouse game. I think Cassie would love it.

Patrick Reynolds

The grandaddy of all these thrillers is the great Hitchcock classic, North by Northwest with Cary Grant. It would probably win a Hitchcock poll, as you've seen Psycho and Rear Window and have pulled The Birds from the pillowcase. To say you will be "thrilled" by The Birds is an understatement.

MikeLL

And of course BEING JOHN MALKOVICH

Stick Figure Studios

Would loooove to see her react to the insanity that is Con Air.

djKENTO

BODYGUARD

Seymor Butz

She would love The Bodyguard for sure.

Johnny

John Malkovich always plays such a good villain. You should check him out in Con Air as well.

David Zabel

Yooooo I can’t wait for Cassie to see Mission Impossible 3 now. Philip Seymour Hoffman is gonna make her flip!!!

djKENTO

John Malkovich has always been creepy as hell. lol He's been in so many great movies as well.. Secretariat, Empire of the Sun, Of Mice and Men, Burn after Reading, Dangerous Liasons, The Man in the Iron Mask, Rounders.. etc etc etc.

Andrew Rose

Well, that's it. Cassie can never watch a scary movie again- first jump scare and she's going to knock herself senseless with the new mic (at least, it's the first time I've seen the mic). jk

Mike Lemon

Only if she feels lucky.

Stick Figure Studios

Indeed.

Stick Figure Studios

"HOME ALONE Dad!" I completely forgot John Heard was even in this film until he popped up onscreen.

Stick Figure Studios

You know it's gonna be good when it has Clint Edgewood 😊

G

She has already said they have to go through frame by frame to remove the sound. It takes time. It will be up when it's up.

Mike Lemon

Here a few action thriller movies that you might like as well: Air Force One Spy Game Patriot Games The Rock Enemy of the State Clear and Present Danger White House Down Sicario Olympus Has Fallen Face/Off Speed Con Air Under Siege Outbreak

G

Terrific film. Plus, I think she'll want to see more Redford after she watches THE STING.

Stick Figure Studios

She actually is planning to watch those two. I also recommended AIR FORCE ONE

Stick Figure Studios

"What are some movies that are similar to this one?" You need to see AIR FORCE ONE: another exciting, suspenseful action-thriller also directed by Wolfgang Peterson featuring none other than Harrison Ford as the President of the United States.

Stick Figure Studios

I really hope that mic doesn't stifle your flailing arms when you're jumping around that bed of yours when you're reacting to some scary stuff!! haha!! I expect that mic to go flying at some point!

Philip Alan

Clint Eastwood is the man. You should definitely watch Dirty Harry at some point.

Delta Assault

Just watched the extended German tv edit. It’s like 5 hours long. 6 episodes. You really get the slow insanity of the boat.

djKENTO

God I love Wolfgang Peterson movies. He has such an energy to his work.

djKENTO

I think we have a new John Malkovich fan here. He's great. You asked for similar movies. I think your recent pillowcase pull are pretty good. "Clear and Present Danger" (along with "Patriot Games") are good action dramas with intrigue and solving to stop a crime/bad thing from happening.

Mr Jordan

"I need to see what Clint Eastwood looked like young." Yes, you do. Might I recommend THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE UGLY. Eastwood has never been better, more charismatic or more handsome and it is arguably the greatest western ever made.

Stick Figure Studios

Three days of the condor really impressed me. Very much still relevant today

Sahitya

Yes. The Secret Service is part of the Treasury Department, and is responsible for investigating all counterfeiting crimes.

Brent Petty

The Boyguard with Kevin Cosnter and Whitney Houston has the same vibes

Heartfelt

From this moment on, forever, I can only hear Clint Edgewood anytime he's mentioned!

Future Boy

Wolfgang Petersen, the director of In the Line of Fire, also directed Das Boot, the great German World War II submarine thriller. While not really that similar to ITLOF, it's one of the most suspenseful films ever made.

Brad P

I'm not even done with Mission Impossible yet and you hit me with this, what the heck man!?!! lol. Good thing I caught this at 2:30 am still time! Thank you Cassie this is one of my all time favorites, one of the best thrillers and I'm sure you loved it. "If she looks back, that means she's interested. Come on now, give me a little look. One little glance back. Give me that smug look and me on your way". With Ennio's score playing and the incredible Rene Russo looking back in that light... well that's one of my favorite movie moments ever.

Erik Daniel

I'm sorry. Clint Who? CLint Edgewood? Oh that may take some time to live down. That HAS to go on a t-shirt LOL

Brian McGovern

When is the full reaction to The Batman comming up?
