Added 2022-02-28 19:33:10 +0000 UTC

Hey everyone! Me again, here is what we have coming up this week!!
Also official date for "POP-Quiz" trivia night , March 5th at 7pm (sorry to those who are in crazy different time zones :)) It will be on Discord, so a trivia bot will help us pick the winners. Questions will be based off movies I have watched for the channel only, and there will be prizes and popcorn and good old friendly fun! I hope you can join :)
Thank you to Stephen (Aech) Hellweg for the clever name of POP quiz!! Runners up were Robert da Spruce with "Popcorn Bowl" and Shawn Kildal for "Popping the Question" You guys rock!!
I posted a "Wee St. Paddy's Poll" this morning, so make sure to go vote! It's closer than I thought it would be! Then there will be a "Courtroom Poll" coming out early next week, leave your favorites in the comments :)
Last thing, I would love to do some kind of fundraiser for Ukraine, if anyone has any connections or trustworthy charities they trust please let me know.
Please know how much I appreciate each of you, I could not do this without you and your support here means the world.
Love you, mean it,
Cassie

2022-03-06 21:01:45 +0000 UTCI second the recommendation of The Verdict. One of Paul Newman's best (Slapshot obviously THE best).

2022-03-05 20:08:16 +0000 UTCSorry I didn't check against your list of movies, but The Verdict is a good courtroom drama with Paul Newman and Twelve Angry Men actors Edward Binns and Jack Warden (plus Bruce Willis supposedly in a nonspeaking role), It was also directed by Sidney Lumet.

2022-03-05 17:33:20 +0000 UTCI can't remember if I said it yet but my favorite courtroom drama is Class Action with Gene Hackman and Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio. It's about an estranged father and daughter who are both lawyers who end up on opposite sides of a big class action lawsuit against a car manufacturer. Second favorite is Runaway Jury which also has Gene Hackman along with Dustin Hoffman, John Cusack, and Rachel Weisz.

2022-03-05 06:59:31 +0000 UTCI’ve been out of the loop for a while. Haven’t read all 200+ comments but if it’s not on the list and if you haven’t already seen it “To Kill A Mockingbird “ needs to be in the court room drama poll.

2022-03-05 05:30:03 +0000 UTCIn my opinion the best courtroom drama in the last few years is The Trial of the Chicago 7. That should definitely be in the poll. Along with A Few Good Men, My Cousin Vinny, Erin Brockovich, Philadelphia, Primal Fear, In The Name of the Father and J.F.K.

2022-03-05 01:32:06 +0000 UTCA couple of others have mentioned "Inherit the Wind" from 1960. It's a great chance to see two of the giants in screen at their best - Spencer Tracy and Fredrick March.

2022-03-04 23:49:35 +0000 UTCReally good courtroom movies: Witness for the Prosecution, Anatomy of a Murder, Liar Liar, A few Good Men, The Verdict, My Cousin Vinny
