Movie Theatres

Yes theaters are open here but I like to go with my hubby but he can’t go because of underline health issues there so many new movies coming out. Here’s a list that are out already out in theaters, early access, or streaming services. Some have not been released yet. I know I would love to see your reaction to with your sister. I’ve already messaged you a few already. Some of the movies would be great to see in theaters. I don’t like to go to movies unless it is a comedy or action flick. Serious stuff requires my full attention. I’m in the Texas Hill Country, everything is and has been open.

I go to IMAX theaters in NYC. Nothing beats seeing LOTR or the Matrix or the Avengers on IMAX. 35 feet long and 20 feet high is absolute movie goodness. I'm not sure when I'll go back. To sit in an enclosed space for 3 hrs with people. It will definitely take a while, before I am able to do that.

My next favourite thing to getting to see a good movie in the theatre is having peanut M&Ms and Coca-Cola. That’s been my movie combo since I was a small child. I can’t go to a movie theatre without it.

Closed in Sweden. I like going to the cinema because it's an opportunity to spend some time with friends, since i never go alone. Well i did once and it was the latest movie i saw on cinema - The force awakens. Mostly looking forward to the new bond movie, No Time To Die and the Resident Evil reboot.

I'm pretty sure the theaters are open here, but I haven't been since my last company meeting. We usually have a company meeting at the local theater, and after the meeting we'd all watch a movie that we voted for. So the last movie we watched was Onward (Which was great).

Not sure about the theaters in Siouxland (general vicinity of Sioux City); I don't tend to go to them unless it is something I really want to see on a big screen. Even then I tend to wait out most of the crowd. The "big event" pictures are the favorite (I'm very selective about those). I guess that the answer is "some are and some aren't..." I am looking forward to the symphony performances and sporting events again; one of those I sit quietly and listen and the other I walk around the stadium or court and watch things happen.

In NE Ohio the theaters are open. I'm looking forward to the new MCU movies finally coming out, especially The Eternals

I enjoy going to the theaters quite a bit and the after movie conversations. I do like seeing the trailers on the big screen with the awesome sound system as well. I don't think theaters are open where I live in BC, Canada. I normally do VIP at mine so you get a larger chair and get to order dinner which is awesome. As for movies I'm looking forward to The Green Knight tops that followed by DUNE.

Thing I miss the most is impressive / immersive sound systems. I have a decent surround set up for my PC but really nothing quite like a really nice theater set up.

Favorite things about the theatre experience: picking a movie theatre and time, anticipation of going, large soda + sour pickle + soft pretzel with mustard (if available) or Rico’s Nachos; previews; and watching the credits after looking for post-credit scenes/teasers
