Livestream Movie Poll
Added 2021-05-15 06:55:14 +0000 UTCHey guys! We're going to try out a live reaction on twitch.tv via their "watch party" feature. I'm not sure the exact date, but it will be towards the end of the month. I'll let you know as soon as possible.
This will be open to everyone, but you do have to have both an Amazon Prime/Prime Video account as well as a Twitch.tv account. You'll have to link your Amazon account through Twitch.tv as well.
Once you've set it all up, you should just be able to sit back and watch/chat without needing to sync or have your own copy. Should be fun!
With that said, here are a few movies on Amazon Prime Video that I haven't seen. I've added quite a bit, so go ahead and vote for multiple movies. The winner will be the one we watch for the livestream.

Skyfall...ok, you want to enter the James Bond Genre....is that the best one to start with?....probably not as there are nodges to other films in it like 4ex the Aston Martin DB5 making an appearance (references to 4ex Goldfinger). If you want to start with the Daniel Craig Bond go with his first one -> Casino Royale. The others all built on existing storylines of other movies in the series.

2021-05-20 05:03:33 +0000 UTCI'm assuming that for a livestream, you'll be looking at chat and interacting with people. If so, I worry that that would make it impossible to truly get immersed in the movie. Maybe livestreams would be best for Q&A's, or movies you've already seen before.

It has many elements in the story telling and character development you would not expect, it's not just a horror film. After seeing your reaction to LOTR so far I really think you would like it a lot. I hope it gets chosen! :)

Apparently, (this is all word of mouth as I couldn't find any stories or articles to back this up) it caused vets who were involved the actual battle to suffer PTSD episodes.
