A wild Kaleidoscope appears, but uh oh. There are no young girls in the area to make into magical girls. Guess Shirou will have to do.
Saber’s basically a magical girl, if you look at it a certain way.
Bad news: Shirou‘s pants no longer fit. Worse news: Rin is home waiting for Shirou.
Even worse news: Rin caught Shirou trying to sneak in, and instead of helping, just laughs.
This is as far as I’ve gotten in this comic, if you’d like more please let me know and leave suggestions in the comments. I’m open to ideas on how to progress the story.

Alternatively Saber-Shirou getting a makeover by Rin would be great like them going to a nail salon or something

I think this is a pretty logical stopping point, though there are a few questions you could go about answering in a continuation. Like how does the original saber react if she's even still around? What happened to the armor that new saber was wearing? Was that her "magical girl outfit" and only the outfit disappears when her magical girl transformation deactivates? Does deactivating the transformation leave her weaker than the real saber, beyond simply taking away her weapon and armor? And if this is a magical girl crossover, are there magical girl antagonists to fight?
