Forgive my absence I was involved in a problem with the bank and Amazon, since the good end began, I sold my PC control since I was unable to buy a new one, I bought an expensive one and when I received it with the new keyboard, what a surprise.
The keyboard was not the one mentioned and the control failed, trying to make the change, they informed me that for "BUEN FIN" there are no returns or exchanges, but nowhere was it mentioned, so I was clarified with them so that they would return articles to me in good condition or flat refund of the money, the "Buen FIN" is over and the truth is the result did not go very well.
The keyboard mentions some dimensions and as it comes with a mouse they tried to fix saying that it was the size of both, which canceled my resend (I had to pay the shipping again)
The control if it was a lawsuit since I delivered it and received a response that the reimbursement or exchange would not be made and it would only be fixed, I was annoyed because I am paying for a NEW ONE, then I spoke with Amazon so that the company could apply its policies in the store and they told me that if they let me choose and chose the refund, because the bad guys didn't make the refund until the end of the good end.
Today I am with an ugly keyboard and no remote for editing.
