Lana's Overladen Mom 2 +Larger Belly, Digestion, Stuffing & Preg Alts

For Lanas mom's rewards, I wanted it to be a continuation of her previous color sketch. Having either partially or fully digested (those thighs and bigger breasts make me think the latter) her breakfast snacks she's moved onto a few new servings for lunch, this time taking refuge in the shade where she'll find a nice spot to rest and digest. Any takers on who can guess who and how many she's had this time? It's really adding up!
Included are 5 alternative versions as well! The first is a larger belly alt, with one of the previous Skull Grunt spies getting a bit too close, second is an implied digestion alt, third is an ambiguous / non-vore stuffing alt for those not into it, fourth is an implied pregnancy alt and finally fifth is the main image without the cast shadows.
